Friendly space and delicious homemade food in a very warm, friendly family environment! Great music, too. We started eating Mosaico in Branford, and have followed them out to their new location on Quinnipiac Avenue, North Haven. Enjoy!!!

Authentic Venezuelan food, 10/10. My husband said these are the best arepas he’s ever eaten!
The owners and staff are Venezuelan. If you live in the area, you should definitely check this place out. They have a good variety of Venezuelan dishes and appetizers, so you can order a few different things to try.
We got the arepa Reina Pepiada (amazing). We also tried the sancocho de res soup, mini empanadas, and tostones. We got papelon con limon and passion fruit drinks. For dessert, flan and 4 leches cake. Everything was delicious.
The place is spacious, has multiple bathrooms, and is very family-friendly. Perfect spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family.

A warm and welcoming restaurant with delicious food! We had the mini empanadas followed by cachapas and pelúa. Everything was freshly made, including the sauces. The 4 leches cake was so rich and moist. There are at least 16 tables inside, more outside. We highly recommend Mosaico!

Great food , had the flank steak with rice and beans, with plaintains. The only reason for a 4 stars is because this is the first meal. Want to try the soup, the fresh cachapas, so I will update if my findings are how my first dish than 5 stars. Chef just don’t give 5 stars from the first good dish.

This place was an excellent surprise! Just walking in the door you can be excited by the smells of the fresh food being made, Wonderfully flavorful food options, extremely nice staff and attentive service. This place is family owned and operated and you can tell because everything we had was made in house and with love and purpose. This place is a must try!

We LOVED eating there! They welcomed us with open arms and it is definitely the best Venezuelan food I’ve had in the longest time! This is coming from someone who is actually from there! Gracias! Y nos vemos para las gaitas pronto!

This was my family’s first time eating at a Venezuelan restaurant and everything we ordered was delicious. The owner took the time to explain what each menu item was like and we ultimately ordered arepas and cachapas (highly recommend).

Truly amazing. You can always trust a kitchen when you can see the food being made. I didn’t know this place existed but now it’s one of my favorite spots in my hometown. I got “the vegetarian” Arepa and every bit of it was amazing. I didn’t think one would fill me up but I could hardly finish it – I’m still full writing this. I’m telling my whole family to go here. Tell your whole family to come here. I can’t wait to go back and try more.

My husband and I use to get take out when you were in Branford. So when I found you had finally reopened in North Haven we had to retry and it is just as good as I remembered.
