This place is a hidden gem.
I come here and there and have come here for a long time. This place has gotten better and better every time.
We just came for brunch and loved it. The food comes out quickly and the service is great. I love the atmosphere. It’s cozy.
The food is on point. Everything was cooked well. Their waffles are to die for. So crispy and fluffy. The mimosas are great too- not all orange juice like most places.
I’ll be coming back a lot more. I really dig this place and think you should try it out.

I used to love this place. I brought friends to your restaurant expecting a positive experience. Unfortunately, we had to send back the omelette two separate times due to human hair in the food. My friend lost her appetite entirely. She couldn’t finish her food. We got a simple apology from the waitress. Despite this profound inconvenience, no gesture of apology, such as a discount, was offered. Anyway, we tipped them normally for a group of 8.

Wow! This is my first time hearing about this restaurant and don’t regret coming. The atmosphere is very romantic. Didn’t know we had to reserve, but we came during a not busy hour so was able to be seated. Their waffle sandwich is extremely fulfilling and good. The servers are attentive and always there to check up on us.

Came here for brunch. Food was tasty with generous portions. I had the flourless chocolate waffle (it wasn’t on the main menu, but was on the tv screen menu). It was rich and delicious, but did not have the same consistency of a regular waffle. Service was efficient. Our server’s uniform was a bit kitschy with the beret and neckerchief, but it added to the atmosphere. A couple of my favorite songs were on their playlist which helped them earn 5 stars for atmosphere. Mosaic is a great place have brunch alone or with friends and family: food is delicious, atmosphere is relaxed, and noise level is low so you can converse without yelling.

I had an incredible culinary experience at this charming French restaurant as we tried it for the first time. Our breakfast was divine, with lots of waffles, and I tried a Peking Duck waffle, which was so good. Although I usually don’t enjoy American waffles, this dish was on another level of deliciousness. The flavors were complex, and the texture was perfect. I could go on and on about how much we loved it.

This is a spot tucked in the shopping center on Halpine. Love the atmosphere! Love the way the wait staff is dressed, like French waitresses! Get a reservation just in case. We did not have a resy because we were too close! It is a cafe and the space is well put together.
I had the Mosaic Special omelette minus the tomatoes. Very good! The picture was after I cut it up (you know me, I was ready to eat!)

The Mosaic Cuisine is an excellent choice for a special date night out. My wife and I both enjoyed a 4 course meal that included an appetizer, salad, entree and dessert for a great price. The food is superb, service is great and the atmosphere is perfect. Nice place to treat yourself and your spouse once in awhile.

I often go to Mosaic for breakfast/lunch with my granddaughter after her swim class at the Goldfish Swim School. We are always warmly greeted and the staff seems genuinely committed to making our visit pleasant in every way. Today I had the egg white omelette with roasted vegetables and feta. It came with delicious hash browns and half of a giant Belgian waffle! The omelette was loaded with a variety of delicious veggies. Highly recommend! Granddaughter had a scrambled egg, bacon, and a waffle, she enjoyed it all. The food came out so quickly, exactly as ordered. The portions are generous! So glad to have an independent restaurant (non-chain) so close by with delicious food, kind staff, and reasonable prices!

I ordered this as takeout and was really disappointed. While the sandwich looked well put together, the waffle had an overwhelming raw egg smell and taste that completely ruined the meal. It wasn’t that it was undercooked—it was fully cooked—but the eggy flavor was so strong it was hard to even take a second bite. And I actually like eggs, so that says a lot. I couldn’t eat it, and unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this dish based on my experience.
