Decent bagels but by far not the best. Not enough cream cheese on the bagel. Self serve coffee. Probably one of the cheapest bagels I’ve bought in a long time. Room to eat inside. Parking can be tricky depending on the time of day.

I was torn between leaving a one star review, but after reading many of the other reviews my experience was confirmed. The first time I tried this place the service was great, but there was barely any cream cheese on my bagel. I decided to try it again on my way to work and the man behind the counter was utterly rude with a nasty tone. Someone that miserable should not be working in the customer service industry! Will never go to this bagel place again!

Been here twice now. The bagels come with about 25% as much cream cheese as any other place on Long Island. Both times I’ve gone they also messed up my order. BEC on a roll SP hot sauce. Ketchup both times. I hate ketchup.

I was excited to go here since I’m new and this is a local spot along the Greenlawn strip. Sadly the bacon egg and cheese I ordered barely had anything on it and the sandwich was cold. It was overpriced in comparison to other bagel places. The place was also filthy. The booths are littered with crap and it just seems dirty. The person behind the counter was less than friendly. It saddens me to write this review however I’m hoping someone from there reads this and takes some of these issues into consideration and makes some changes.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I will NEVER come back here again. I have only came here out of convenience because it’s the only bagel place close to my house. Every single time I come here they mess up my order. Bagels are always stale. They never put much cream cheese on them and they are rude. again this morning they blatantly messed up my order even though I said it twice loudly. Is it that dam hard to toast a bagel!!

Pains me to do this, but hands down the worst bagel shop I’ve ever been to. It’s almost as if this place refuses to take my order correctly. However, their consistency to get my order wrong every single time is quite impressive I must say. Awful, slow, unfriendly service combined with stale bagels and cold coffee isn’t a combination for success. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else.

Food is very good. Bagels are great. However they are as slow as could be. They need someone to manage the place. If 4 people go in looking to order an egg sandwich and there are 4 people behind the counter taking orders. One by one they will take the orders of the 4 people and the 4 counter workers will all be cooking the individual sandwiches with no one available to take any other orders until they finish cooking. Then going to the cash register one by one to ring up the customer. At times the workers are waiting on line behind each other for the cash register to be free and on it goes. Many times coffee runs out and they need to be asked to make some. No flow , no organization at all. No one in charge. If they weren’t so slow and unorganized I’d give a 5 star rating. The people who work there are friendly and very nice
