For dessert, we tried the cream brûlée. I’ve sampled cream brûlée at many restaurants, but this one stands out as one of the best I’ve ever had. The texture was perfectly smooth, the caramelized top had just the right amount of crispness, and the flavor was delicate yet indulgent.
The interior of the restaurant adds to the overall experience. It has a modern, sophisticated vibe with elegant décor, comfortable seating, and a warm ambiance that makes it perfect for both casual dinners and special occasions. The service was attentive and professional without being intrusive, which made the evening even more enjoyable.
Overall, Morton’s Steakhouse in San Diego offers exceptional food, stylish surroundings, and a memorable dining experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality steakhouse experience in the city. We left completely satisfied and will definitely be returning.
We didn’t have a reservation, but they were able to squeeze us in at 9pm, and we had a nice wait at the bar with a glass of Saint-Émilion.
We had a very (if maybe slightly over) attentive server, who was very helpful and explained the menu clearly.
The steak was delicious and cooked perfectly medium rare. The fries and onion rings were top notch, the creamed spinach was ok… we’ve had better.
We really wish our server had reminded us how big the sides in the US are, we really tried, but could not finish. It’s a shame to see great food go to waste.
The restaurant and bar were really busy with a great vibe. This did die down by the time we left, as to be expected when you have a late booking.
Not cheap by any stretch of the imagination, but would recommend for anyone wanting a slightly more special meal… for us, a great way to finish off a fantastic two weeks in the USA.
Ahí tuna was my favorite.
Ribeye with the bone in was amazing.
Top notch food! it was my first time coming in definitely not my last
Impeccable service.
A great experience if you didn’t mind spending a pretty penny.
