I like the vibe of the restaurant and it’s right in the middle of downtown. The food was good and the service was good. We had 5 course meal off the special menu. Waygu meatball – fantastic. Beef dumplings – fantastic. French onion soup – not great. Filets – cooked to perfection at medium rare. Green beans – good. Mashed potatoes – more partially mashed and needed some salt. Creme brulee – good. Key lime pie – good. Chocolate martini – just ok. It was a good dinner and we had a good time. I could have ordered just a meal off the meatballs from the appetizers and been so happy. They were really great.

Such a wonderful evening! The food was outstanding and the Valentine’s special was absolutely delicious. Our steak was cooked to perfection, and the lobster tails were excellent. Christy provided great service, and Alonna made sure we were well taken care of throughout the night. We truly enjoyed the entire experience! Highly recommended!

Our waiter Matt and busboy Sammy provided us with outstanding service. They were extremely welcoming, very attentive and had knowledge and command about the menu contents. The tomahawk ribeye, creamed spinach and Gouda au gratin potatoes were wonderful and we ate every bite. The GM Alana checked on us as well. And I was able to recoup rewards on my Landrys card. So it was a very nice romantic evening with my hubby. We were celebrating life. Thank you Matt and Sammy.

Celebrated my birthday at this location. We had plans that fell through at another steakhouse. This was close to our hotel, so we decided to dine. Very good food and our waitress was terrific. I really wish I could remember her name!

We went there to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday and we were very disappointed with the service. When we arrived she had told us the table wasn’t decorated yet so we had to wait. We were finally seated and our server in the beginning was great but she kept disappearing for long time. Our RSVP was at 7:15 and we weren’t out of the door till almost 11 pm. The waitress didn’t fill up our drinks at all the entire night and we had to keep asking people around us to go grab her so we could get a refill, we asked for a picture and she said she would and when we later asked for it again she had stated the front desk girl takes the pictures not her. It kind of sounded like it she was above that and didn’t take pictures. She later came back and did take the pic but I didn’t like that. I had asked for wine with my meal and when the meal came she never brought my wine and I had to ask someone to tell her that she forgot the wine and she didn’t bring it till 20 mins later. When it was time for the dessert we were the only ones left in there but it was my mom’s birthday so she wanted dessert. They took forever to bring out that dessert which resulted in us leaving around at 11 pm and our waitress AGAIN was no where to be found she just kept hiding in the back.
When she brought out the dessert had asked for ice cream on the side and she never brought it out and then tells my mom “sorry I don’t sing happy birthday” I mean I understand that but it just wasn’t appropriate.
The food was phenomenal but the service was horrible. The Bar server was better than our waitress. My mom was very upset at the end and it was her 60th birthday celebration.

01/17/26, We went for the viral veuve mini dinner. we had full length coats , server didn’t know if they had coat check,? We were sat at the table by the entrance door and realized there was a cold breeze so we kindly asked for another table and diff server asked if we knew our waiters name and we unfortunately didn’t. I guess they don’t have a host with a seating chart ? I had to say he was African American and she knew instantly. We asked for 3 of the veuve meals. The manager came back and said they ran out of packaging. So no burger boxes and I asked the fries as well? And she said yes and unfortunately that’s why we came /this is why they’re promoting…? my friend said it was fine and I said yeah I’m not coming back. Mngr walked away and my friend said she rolled her eyes. These interruptions and delayed confusion interrupted our conversations. They came back with 2 meals instead of 3 and I guess found the fry packaging from the sky and so this turned my experience around. I expressed my excitement and thanked her as this is the exp. we came for. We waited for our 3rd friend to get their meal before we started to eat. The mngr came to check on us and was more easy going where I was polite in return bc we could finally relax and enjoy. She gave us her card. I am very glad we didn’t order full meals and spend more money at a restaurant with beginner service. I get the staff is young but they need way better training. We were dressed appropriately/ were very kind until it seemed like I had to clock in to work and find solutions when I expected to be waited on. This isn’t Bliss , this Bohanan’s or mavericks , I’d suggest any other steakhouse based on this experience. &also maybe call ahead if you’re there for the packaging ☺️

Seriously, the service here is top-notch! I had the most incredible filet, so tender I literally used a spoon to cut it. You absolutely have to make this a stop whenever you’re in town. It’s a dining experience you won’t forget.

The service and atmosphere were wonderful. Our server Kristie was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. She chatted with us and gave great suggestions. The GM Alana came to check on us and was very sweet and listened and asked us about ourselves. Chef Nick visited our table as well to chat. The food was very good. We enjoyed the crab cakes, filet mignon and lobster tail, all cooked perfectly. The parmesean truffle fries were delicious as well. Thanknyou for a very lovely experience.
