My wife and I stopped in for dinner with friends on a Sunday evening at 8:00pm. There was hardly anyone there but the service and staff were great. I don’t have a single complaint about this Morton’s location. Everything we had was cooked perfectly. The steak was great but I especially liked the lamb chops, they were excellent. I highly recommend this Morton’s and will be back again.

Morton’s is a clear example of how America lost its tradition for great steakhouses.
It feels like the Starbucks of meat restaurants — standardized, impersonal, and far from the craft that once defined the American steakhouse culture.
The staff has little understanding of the meat they serve, and the cooking is done with so little care that the steak ends up nearly burnt. The quality of the product itself is okay, but the preparation is poor and the presentation even worse.
Unfortunately, this reflects the new trend in many American steakhouses: a business without personality, without passion, and without a real connection to the art of meat.

I’ve dined at Morton’s The Steakhouse several times now, and each visit has been consistently excellent. The service is always pleasant, and the entire staff is warm, attentive, and welcoming. Their selection of steaks is impressive, and I especially appreciate the variety of à la carte sides to complement the meal. You really can’t go wrong with any of their drink options either. Always on-point. Delicious food, great service. Having been countless times to this location, I feel compelled to finally write a review after the exceptional experience we had. Chicken Christopher was cooked to perfection, lobster bisque was creamy and tasty, and the special birthday dessert (chocolate lava cake!) put the proverbial cherry on top of it all. Our server Govani was attentive and friendly throughout and truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place!

My girlfriend and I had a 5 star experience in October for a birthday celebration at the Chicago location. We had another 5 star experience at the Northbrook location to celebrate our anniversary.
For starters each time we received personalized menus with “Happy Birthday” and “Happy Anniversary” with the date printed on top.
Food was top tier – steak was cooked to perfection. The chicken Christopher was a great option if you aren’t feeling like eating steak. The lobster bisque was delicious – we asked for it to be split into two cups and it was the perfect amount for each of us. Bread for the table was great (especially with the bisque). To top off the night, we were offered a complimentary dessert as it was our anniversary. We went with the peanut butter banana bread pudding to go. You can totally split the bread pudding with 3-4 people. We will definitely be back!

This Morton’s offers the standard elevated experience with a friendly wait team. Their dinner service was extremely busy and we found the check in and seating process a bit chaotic. However, our meal was decent but certainly not a wow factor experience.
Our wait team, lead my Austin was wonderful. Certainly a good option for standard steakhouse fare, but in a location so close to Chicago, there are better options.
