This place is more of a 3 1/2 star for me. Service was excellent to start off. My husband got the short ribs which were pretty fatty and then I got the ahi Niçoise salad which I feel like would have been better for a summer lunch maybe. Very light and dressing was good. We also loved the carrots that came along with our meals. The clams were fine and the seafood chowder was also fine. Nothing was bad to us but nothing really stuck out. But the affogato was wonderful! We loved that. Would definitely like to come back and maybe try a different entree. I do think it’s a nice little date spot and would recommend trying it.

Late lunch, early dinner… kitchen was accommodating and allowed a dinner order, Super! Wait staff made my sour cocktail preference to perfection. Salmon with broccolini, risotto cake, fennel purée, lemon drizzle satisfied my food palate favs. Had a coffee amaretto as a finisher. Some low volume music would be a nice touch. View of the harbor is cool. Took dessert to go, lemon cheesecake – good downtime treat! Nice dining experience. Dining out is pricey as of late, no exception here, but I appreciated the afternoon out.

Loved this spot. We came based off a YouTube video recommendation and glad we came! It was busy for a Monday, the weather was perfect for the patio and we were lucky there was a table for us no wait. Our server was sweet and personable, I forget her name but it started with B and she was new.
The goat cheese chevere was my favorite! So yummy! It just needed a few more pieces of bread. Their salads are super refreshing and nice and the amethyst drink was too easy to drink! If I lived in town I would make it a monthly date type of thing

Pictured is the Ahi..something. Food was really good and a very well rounded healthy meal, they change the menu a lot so i like to come back here and try new things whenever they switch things up. Shoutout to Tessa, she was a great server, attentive and had a positive attitude 🙂 the view overlooking the harbor is nice too. Its a bit pricey here but its worth it when you have the funds to spare for the service, wine, food, interior, and view 🙂

This is a great place for happy hour and has the most beautiful view, great service, and great drinks to choose from. There are several items on the happy hour menu to choose from. My favorite is always the meatballs! I always order the bread with the herb butter as well. This time I tried that seafood chowder and it was pretty good. My friend had the flatbread and it was a good size and it was delicious. I did not see bloody Mary on the menu. I was hoping to get one so we decided on a nice cold beer on a sunny day. We had great service!

The drinks were good. Server was friendly and went out of her way to make sure the kitchen could work around my wife food allergy.
The food was very disappointing. The chowder tasted like canned tomato soup with overcooked seafood dropped in. The steelhead was overcooked and lacked seasoning. The risotto cake was undercooked. I left the plate nearly full but the staff didn’t seem to care and never asked if the food was OK.
My wife said the flatbread she ordered was good and she liked the chocolate cake.
Disappointing.
Edit: I was up sick with food poisoning all night. Hopefully, it’s just a one-off and nobody else had the same experience…

By far the best restaurant we’ve had so far in Washington. Morso Bistro completely exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly kind and patient—especially while I was being very particular about where we sat (thank you for indulging me ). The food absolutely blew us away. Every single bite was pure magic, with flavors that were so thoughtful and beautifully balanced. Huge cheers to the chef and the entire team—truly well done. We’re big foodies, and we already can’t wait to come back again. ️✨

Excellent food here, high quality fresh ingredients, well prepared and well presented. Nice selection of cocktails and great range of wine. Our server was fantastic, very easy going and extremely attentive. The burrata salad was fresh, tasty, and great looking. Steak bites on salad had tender, juicy steak. Salmon patties on salad were great, moist and not the typical over use of fillers. Three things that were okay but not perfect: Parking lot was full at 6:20 PM on a Wednesday(but a space opened up); decor is nice and view great but it’s quite noisy with happy people and with no sound absorbers like tablecloths, cloth/padded seats, or rugs for many it’s going to be hard to hear people at your table; felt the salmon patties could have been a little larger, they are sort of “two biters” better if one got a bit more. Never mind that, we loved this place and we’ll be back. No food photos herein as we were busy enjoying it.

Ate here about a year ago and did not have a good experience. Decided to give it another chace. Had a wonderful Valentine’s Day lunch. It was very very good. Different and much better wait staff. Had the winter pear and chicken salad and she had salmon cakes with Caesar salad. Would now recommend Morso and go back again.

We stopped at Morso for a happy hour cocktail and appetizer, and I’m looking forward to coming back! The chèvre dip appetizer was flavorful and a perfect compliment to an aperol spritz. The staff was friendly and inviting, and the view of the harbor was gorgeous. Can’t wait for my next visit.
