Has a beautiful view of the bay. Went to try the chowder everyone raves about. The clam chowder was rich and creamy and so good. My husband tried the roasted red pepper soup which was good as well. I had the baja fish tacos. Huge amount of food and very good. My husband had the ribs. They were ok. The cole slaw just not so good. Alot of french fries and they were good. The bread served with the soup and ribs was so very good, great flavor. Disappointed because when the soup was brought out, the server told us the rest of our order was ditting under a heat light until we were ready. We actually had to call the restaurant to have the server bring thre rest of our food. So while the food was decent, the service could be improved. May go back for the chowder and to try a burger.

Really good food, service and views. I know it must get annoying having tourists feed the birds but it actually makes it more fun, these guys know how good the food is. The fish and chips were fresh and the pulled pork sandwhich was absolutely MASSIVE.

You are in for a treat if you go to Morro Grill. Overlooking the rock of Morro Bay is a bistro which displays pride of their town in their decor and food. It caters to a wide range of taste with a touch of class but in a comfortable and casual environment. I’d highly recommend the seared ahi tuna salad with a local beer. The staff is calm collective, and professional. I’d recommend this place to visitors. Don’t miss the gem!!!!

This place was an amazing experience all the way around. From the beautiful view, the great service, and most importantly the AMAZING food! We had a large party so I tried almost everything each person got and I was incredibly impressed. So much flavor, huge portions, overall great quality. Also we got there in the middle of the lunch rush but given how quickly our food came out, you wouldn’t have known. I live in LA but visit morrow bay a few times a year to visit family. This will be our regular spot when we come right along side Firestone Grill and Splash Cafe.

What a treat to find this grill! Just a beautiful view, great staff, and the fish was cooked to perfection. Beer battered traditional deep fry! Restaurant is small.

What a lovely spot. The grilled fish tacos are super yummy and the view is priceless. I came back with my wife and she was very happy with the staff, Lindsay was very helpful making sure that menu items were gluten free I had the fish tacos again and she had the pulled pork with a gluten free bun.

Went in on a Friday night (order to go) & it was pretty busy, so definitely want to get there early for a table inside. Also, doesn’t hurt that there’s a view!
I ordered the Tri-Tip sandwich, fried zucchini & a slice of cheese cake. Food was good (I can see why it’s busy) & the service was friendly. Definitely will go back!
All in all: Good food, friendly & a water view! Worth trying out if you haven’t yet.
