Seafood Laksa is on par with some of the better ones I’ve had around QLD, however for the price it would be nice to see a bit more seafood.
Tried a Lychee soda and it was delicious. The pink lemonade the kids had was barely pink. Everyone’s meals were good. Ashamed that meals came out so staggered, so 2 members of our group had their food quite some time for the rest of us, and they ordered last.
Aside from that, it has undercover parking but it is only 1.85m so some vehicles are not going to fit. The restaurant itself is quite loud.

Disappointed with this afternoons pad thai. First box had a mussel with shell fragments. Staff offered a remake, which I appreciated, but the remake still included mussels. I didn’t feel confident eating it. Photos attached.

What a wonderful little restaurant. Great, gentle people serving. The food (stir fry) was delicious. Veggies al dente. Sauce superb. There was soft, relaxing music playing in the background. Bottle of cold water provided and replenshed without asking. We will certainly go back. Great job !

This restaurant has an indoor and outdoor dining facility. We had the deluxe set of entree and crab and prawn spring rolls. It was an excellent pick. The spring rolls were sumptuous. So were the deluxe entree meal. We ordered pad Thai , pork pad prik king, and chefs special whole barramundi with herb sauce. The pad Thai was delicious just how I wanted it – The pork pad prik is rather on a very small serving for what it was worth? The taste and flavours were there. The barramundi with Thai herb was full of flavourand just exactly how it was described on the menu. I think that for me was the ” dish of the night “. Price wise- on a higher scale . Whether it’s worth the dish presented to us- I guess I had better for less the price. Not really value for money.

Very disappointed with our take away meal. Ordered Pad Thai with chicken, green curry and coconut rice. The pad Thai was very oily, the green curry was more than half a take away container filled with juice, the chicken and vegetables were sparse. But the worst of all was the coconut rice. We received a container of yellowish rice( assumed it was plain balsamic rice) there was no coconut flavour at all, just plain rice. This was our first visit to this restaurant, don’t think we’ll be back. Very disappointing indeed.

LOVELY Thai restaurant, pleasant staff and a nice atmosphere, the food is made fresh and fast. They have a fantastic lunch special menu with all your favorites dishes. I had the Massaman Curry and my wife had Tofo and veggie stirfry with basil and chili. The place was clean and well presented and is spacious enough for large groups.

Suburban Gem
We had a delicious and tasty Friday night meal at this suburban restaurant. We ordered a pad Thai and crispy prawns with garlic and nahm jim sauce and they cooked it to suit our taste (less sweet & Thai hot). The result was a truly tasty and authentic Thai meal! The prices are reasonable and the portions are excellent – and BYO is a plus!!

If you’re looking for restaurants, located in Morningside, and selling Thai food, why not try the aptly named: “Morningside Thai Restaurant”. While I have this establishment a strong 0/5 for naming originality, I award a strong 5 stars for food! I remember walking in, not feeling too hungry, thinking: “Let’s just order 1 curry and some crispy chicken” for 2 people as a small meal. When the curry alone came out, I knew I’d ordered more than I could bargain for. The beef masaman was amazing, and the crispy chicken was supreme. Great job guys, and I enjoyed finishing the masaman for breakfast the next day. Love your work.
