Morimoto Asia is our first collaboration with Chef Masaharu Morimoto and the Japanese master chef’s first pan-Asian restaurant. Morimoto Asia will offer an entirely new experience for our guests, led by the creativity of Chef Morimoto, already one of the most inventive forces in Asian cuisine. Our culinary destination includes unique exhibition kitchens that showcase traditions like Peking duck carving and dim sum. Morimoto Asia’s eye-catching, 36-foot tall, two-story layout includes lounges, private dining spaces, and an exhibition glass encased kitchen that allows guests a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the culinary action. The second-level sushi bar and lounge have a separate entrance.

Good food, good service, and beautiful place! Sean our server was great! Our duck was delicious, though it wasn’t super hot. The Morimoto buri-bop was my favorite, a nice little tableside experience and the freshly cooked fish is amazing. Drinks were yummy and they have an impressive drink/sake menu. A bit pricey, but we would come again!

Incredible dining experience. Most unique serving of tuna tartare we’ve had, served thinly on a cold stone and you scrape it off and dip in the 3 sauces. The dumplings were solid, and the chef’s sushi platter was the perfect amount for 2. Our favorite of the rolls was the crab roll, followed closely by the sea bass roll. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Also loved the white bar that continues throughout the restaurant, curving from the first floor up to the whole second floor.

We had a mixed experience when dining here. Some of the food was great such as the pork dumplings, but the sushi rolls were disappointing and not good. Also, as other reviews have stated, be aware that the portion sizes are quite small so expect to order a variety of things for a full meal. The service wasn’t very attentive and could have been better. There was also some confusion since we went for lunch on the weekend and expected it to be the full dinner menu, but it turned out to be the limited lunch menu even though their web site says the lunch menu is only Monday-Friday. I would definitely look elsewhere when dining in Disney Springs in the future.

Great small plates. The Spider Roll with tempura crab, the pork egg rolls and spareribs were delicious. We had a reservation for lunch on a Tuesday, arrived early and were seated within minutes. The service was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Everything about my experience was fantastic. Keep in mind we had reservations. This place is popular for good reason. The staff from the front desk to the waiters and servers were top notch. The food was exquisite. For us, the draw back was not having enough room to finish all we ordered. The atmosphere was comfortable and you could tell everyone around you was enjoying themselves as well. The Spider Sushi and the Morimoto 8-hour Braised ribs were the stars of the night followed by the Popcorn Tempura Shrimp. Additionally we had the pork lettuce wraps and the Tonkatsu Ramen – both very good in their own right. We visited 2x in a span of 1 week while there visiting from California. This restaurant is just as good and well-running as his Vegas (@MGM) site. They each have a different vibe – but you cannot beat the food.

Morimoto was an exquisite dining experience. We ordered the pork dumplings and gomoku fried rice. The fried rice was incredible. Offering a wide array of meats, along with a portion that was enough for two, as I ate and took home a plate full for the next day. The dumplings were decent, the presentation was great, as it came in this ornate, woven bowl. The atmosphere is one of the best I’ve ever been in, as the interior design is phenomenal as well. The presentation for all items were splendid, and the food does not disappoint. Certainly worth every dollar.
