I had a pretty fun experience here, the staff was nice and it was a good show, the place is dark and really romantic but would be a nice place to take a date or family and friends. The food was pretty good and cooked to order. Their thin strip special will only come well done as it flash cooks because if thickness of steak but overall I enjoyed it.

Went in for a quiet and quick dinner. The staff was great. The food was prepared very nice. The pieces were smaller than expected compared to photo reviews. The miso soup and side salad were good, the sushi had flavor. The tables were very close together and sadly stuck with a screaming child where the parents did nothing. Ended up taking the rest of my meal to go.

This place is way overpriced. The food portions is enough to feed a 2 year old. The drinks tasted like there was barely any alcohol in it. The chicken that was cooked was dry. First and last time going here.

Before we even get our food after ordering 20.00 worth of sushi for my daughter they still charge me an additional 10.00 for sitting in a seat without an entree. What a rip off I get it if you didn’t order anything. Soo 20.00 of sushi isn’t good enough…no matter how the food turn out we will not return to this restaurant…..

Amazing!!! This is by far the best sushi and atmosphere in Valdosta! The sushi, sides, drinks were all so good! Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. To top it off the normal sit down area was so calm and relaxing!

I had vegetarian hibachi. Hope they learn how to respect the dietary restrictions. I asked for no mushrooms in my veggies and waitress there asked me if I would be okay to hand pick them as they are large enough. Hibachi chef was using the same knife for everything chicken, beef and vegetarian food as well. I also asked for no eggs in the fried rice. First he cooked the eggs and with the same knife and grill utensils he cooked the rice and served it to me. Also nothing special in terms of taste. Way overpriced in comparison to other hibachi places in town. Never seen a restaurant charging extra for fried rice on the hibachi grill.

The people were nice and served well. The reason why they should have a rating of 2 stars is because of the following:
1. Understaffed- waited 45 min (20 to be seated at grill and 25 to eat)
2. Not enough portions for the price.
3. The price – too expensive (only 2 chefs, not enough food served, 18% auto gratuity)

Out of all the hibachi places I’ve been to, they give you less than you payed for. Usually you get more rice and veggies at least.

$130 for 2 people. We weren’t made aware of any up charges, and there were several! The lobster was tough and dry. The atmosphere was so dull and boring, we were definitely expecting more, especially for the 1hr45 that we drove. Won’t return.

Disappointing Experience
We were really looking forward to trying this Japanese steakhouse, but it was a letdown from start to finish. The sushi was very average — small pieces and loosely rolled. We ordered a California roll, and my guess didn’t even know it came with masago on top. My guest prefers simple sushi and had never seen that on a roll before. She politely asked for another one without masago, and they said they’d charge for both — the original and the replacement!
When she didn’t like it, they took it away and still insisted we pay for it. Never heard of such a policy anywhere. Between the mediocre food and poor service, it’s definitely not worth the visit. Thankfully, we’re just passing through and won’t have to come back.

Went for my sons 8th birthday and we’re from Florida from the chef down to the food we had an amazingggggg experience definitely recommend and will come back when we visit again
