The Ahi Poke Nachos were just as impressive and incredibly creative. A generous bed of crispy wonton chips topped with fresh ahi, tomato pico, creamy avocado, a perfect balance of Sriracha aioli and wasabi cream, and finished with nori furikake. Every bite had the right mix of crunch, freshness, heat, and umami.
Both dishes looked as good as they tasted and were clearly crafted with care. Morgan’s on Main is a must-visit if you appreciate high-quality ingredients, thoughtful flavors, and dishes that are both elevated and approachable. We’ll absolutely be back!
Food? I mean, come on… If I could give more than just 5 stars…I would!
Kelly Morgan (owner) in all of her brilliance and beauty, decided Woodland needed something…something NOWHERE near here has yet…a Billiards room! Woth lots of seating, two beautiful pool tables, two high end poker tables, and two places for dart board games that are safely separated to rule out any darts flying a direction in which they should not (lol). Kelly and her team knocked this gorgeous room OUT OF THE PARK.
Thank you for bringing something high-end and absolutely gorgeous to Woodland and truly caring about making this downtown area a place where people never want to leave
And YES… They are now featuring mocktails as to not leave out anyone
Pro
Staff friendly and attentive
Food good quality
Appetizer Calamari and dipping sauce was excellent
Entre tasty and I did get bread with my pasta. No one else did
Desert goodness did come in a timely manner
Con
1. Everything a la carte… bread, salad extra. With cost of entre should have been included
2. Waited over 1/2 hr for meal
3. Couple with us waited 20 min for first bar drink.to arrive
Conclusion
Maybe because of holiday season they were under staffed causing delays
Don’t think we’ll eat there again Don’t like a la carte format
Old review:
Came in for brunch and was quickly seated, friendly service and attentive staff. Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and it was well made but a very small piece of chicken for the price and fairly dry without enough sauce.
Stopped in on a Wednesday in mid December. Ordered the Rib Eyed, medium rare. It was very charred. It ruined the steak. Over paid for a burnt steak. I didn’t want to make a fuss, but I also won’t be returning. Waitstaff was pleasant.
