The ingredients are not very healthy and clean. You can taste they use artificial flavors and carrageenan. Also the service is bad. Like who are you mad at? You thought you are better than your customer since you work for an edgy ice cream shop?

first time here, and I appreciated being able to try a few flavors before choosing cuz there were a lot of great options. I was a bit worried about holding up the line, but Belle, who helped me out, was really friendly and made the experience easy and enjoyable. I went with the banana-almond-fudge milkshake in the end, and it was seriously good.

We were so excited to have our daughters 2nd birthday at the cutest and yummiest ice cream shop in town! We instantly felt taken care of and part of the MH Creamery family. Liz, the manager, went above and beyond with communication, offering to put together activities for the kids such as an ice cream sundae bar with the theme and coloring for the kids, set up, being there for anything at all during the event while simultaneously running the shop, and clean up. We feel very fortunate to be the first event held at the creamery, and it couldn’t have gone better. The owner, David, was very hands on with helping us clean up and was extremely welcoming as well! We couldn’t have asked for a better location! My guests loved the space provided outside, and they raved about the ice cream. If you’re looking for a great atmosphere, staff that goes above and beyond, and the tastiest ice cream and flavor variety, look no further! Thank you for everything 🙂

Just had the best time at Morgan Hill Creamery! Natalie was awesome–she’s seriously a super scooper! So friendly and helpful with all the flavors.
The ice cream? Absolutely delicious! You can’t go wrong with Marianne’s.

Stopped by for some ice cream and had such a great experience! Belle was helping me out and was super friendly and made sure everything was just right. She was patient, gave great recommendations, and made the whole visit really enjoyable. You can tell they actually care about doing a good job. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The Morgan Hill Creamery is my favorite place to get a frozen treat in Morgan Hill. I went in recently craving my favorite flavor, 1020. They didn’t have it out in the case…So I asked the sweet gal working there, Natalie, if they stopped carrying it. She let me know that there may be some in the back and then went to check. I was so excited to see her coming back out with a 5 gallon tub of 1020 ice cream! Hooray! Thank you, Natalie…you made my day!
And of course, if you’ve never been to The Morgan Hill Creamery…I highly recommend you get over there and check it out!! Ice cream, sorbet, even a cashew milk flavor was available when I went last, milkshakes, and more!!!!
