Parking is available for as long as you want. Staff is friendly and security respectful. Fast unloading. Got here at 5 pm for a 6:30am appointment. Walked at the guard shack Checked in at 5:30am got detail instructions. Texted my delivery number at 5:45am received a door at 6:00am green light at 7:00am. Can’t beat that with over 15 trucks parked

Check in at 9am, BOL appointment at 10am, and this company’s list at 11am. For some reason, this is often mentioned in reviews. It’s currently 1pm, but the unloading has just begun. Don’t expect to leave here quickly. It would be nice to catch the next pickup from this company. There are only 2 docks for unloading reefers, which are constantly busy.

Giving 4 stars for easy to find, overnight parking, store right up the road, Porto potties, so that’s better than most spots on delivery. It’s 23:01 and my delivery is at 07:00 in the morning, I can kick back get some rest, they open at 06:00. All is good. Ok checked in at 06:00 had me text my PO called me back and unloading me now at06:57, am unloaded at 07:05. Great job guys you got my respect. They are nice, professional, and fast. 5 stars all day

Don’t bother showing up before your appointment time. Got here at 12:30 for a 3pm load; was told I needed to wait until 3, before going back to the shipping office. Around 19/20 other trucks sitting in the lot in front of the entrance, waiting for doors. Looks like it’s about to be a fun ride…..hope I’m proven wrong.

Great place for pick-up loads. Overnight parking is before the railroad on both sides. Security guards, men and a young lady are friendly and helpful people. I got there 2 hours before the appointment time. Loading was quickly.

Easy to reach there from I-65 to US-31 or IN-256. Entrance to the facility is right from US-31. You should park truck on yards both side of Morgan St and walk to security shack. Don’t forget to grab driver license. I was two hours before my appointment but should wait. About 45 minutes to get full trailer. Strictly enforced smoking at the facility!

Arrived at 11:52am for 12:30pm appt. Parked in lot according to directions on sign. Walked over to guard shack. Everyone was pleasant, and so far, there was no smell of beans. We were instructed to send a text with our PO number and wait for a response, and they will assign a dock. We received a response a little over an hour later. Docked by 1:35pm. Still no foul bean smell. Green light at 2:35pm.

Fantastic place. I couldn’t make my appointment for 1500 the day before because of my prior delivery. They said come in, we’ll get you when we open. Drove in at 0430, parked in the large overnight parking area, checked in with the guards. Was given clear information on how to proceed. Sent my check in text, got a door immediately. Set up on door, loading started within 10 minutes. Full truck was loaded in about 20 minutes. Checked out, got my paperwork and was gone in less than 80 minutes after arriving. They have a different system than any I’ve ever seen, but it clearly works. Everyone was clear with their info and friendly. Thanks for being a top-notch facility!
