Have you ever tried Thai hot pot? If you haven’t been to Thailand or Morfire, chances are that you haven’t. This is the big reason we opened our restaurant to share the unique taste of Thai hot pot as well as our tasty and authentic Thai small plates. Many of our Thai friends said that it reminds them of home. And if you’re in the mood for some drinks, we have a nice list of cocktails, beers and wines that you can enjoy in our cozy space too.

Minimalist, group-friendly cafe specializing in make-your-own hot pots & small plates.

morfire was a cool hot pot experience with friends. Service was only okay – not especially helpful getting setup or explaining the menu. With that said, the actual meats, veggies, and soup bases we got ranged from good to awesome. I appreciated the flight of available sauces at the table too. The space inside was well decorated and inviting, but not huge. Nice spot!

If you stumble across this place, just go & thank me later. I’ve never did a hot pot, but a THAI hot pot?! A Thai food lovers dream come true!! Everything was so yummy & Nathan was the BEST helper/server. He made sure we were well educated on how to do everything, he gave great suggestions, super nice & friendly , there was another guy but I didn’t get his name, but the customer service here is amazing. They are inviting , helpful, and the food is great. 10/10 recommend &&& the price for two was very reasonable, plus delicious drinks too.

Why hadn’t I gone here earlier! They have two veggie broths. The miso broth serves as the perfect base for all their sauces. The Tom Kha broth is insane! It’s flavor packed yet balanced. I could keep having it. They have lovely service, it’s a very comfortable hot pot experience. I also had the tapioca pudding, which was served warm, with whole taro pieces and was the perfect post hotpot dessert.

We’ve been here to morfire around 5 times. My wife has celiac disease, and this place is easily the best hotpot that can be gluten free. Every soup base is delicious. The tom kha especially is incredibly tasty. All the meat that’s not marinated is gluten free. They are very knowledgeable about celiac and we never have to worry.
The service is awesome. Staff is kind and quick, and the decor is great. We love it here!

This is my comfort food place in winter. I really appreciate how clean and tidy this restaurant is. Even the sauce station — which is usually the messiest spot at hot pot places — was spotless. The menus are laminated and kept super clean too. You can tell they hold themselves to a high standard when it comes to hygiene.
The broth tastes very natural, without that artificial, additive-heavy flavor. I didn’t feel overly salty or thirsty afterward, even after drinking it, which is rare for hot pot. The ingredients, meat, veggies, all looked fresh and well-prepared. Overall, great quality and very comfortable dining experiences over the past 5 years.

The food was good, the soup was tasty, I just didn’t think it was worth the price. The portions were extremely small and disappointing, for example a $10 plate of meat for the hot pot only had 7 thin slices. I really just didn’t think this spot was worth the price point. Also their stove didn’t have a true “simmer” status. It would just turn it on to high and then turn it off every few seconds. Was it special? Yes. Was the soup good? Yes. Would I go again? Definitely not. We went at dinner time and it was completely empty, and now I know why. I would recommend saving your money and going elsewhere. You can get just as good quality, for a much better value somewhere else.

Ive been going here rather consistently for over 2 years now.
The food is consistently delicious. When Im sick they have a wonderful tom kha and tom yum soup that are absolutely devine and can help cure anything it feels like.
Nathan, Ricky, and Amy are fantastic people that are down to earth and have taken the time to learn and connect with their regulars.

Delicious! Thai broths were spicy and hot, making it easy to cook the meat and veggies. Great service. Extremely clean restaurant. Do yourself a favour and eat here.

Went here twice during our Seattle trip and loved it. Great service, awesome food. I have a gluten allergy and the menu was very straight forward on what was safe for me to eat. Will absolutely be back on our next trip.

Fantastic neighborhood find! LOVED the minimalistic interior and technology music.

Thought it was very accommodating to have both hot pot and main meal options.

Loved that you could split the hot pot & also tried veggie gyoza yum!

Lavender Lemonade mojito was good.
