We went on a Friday night for Happy Hour. It was not too crowded when we arrived but by the time we left,it was pretty busy. Takeout was also super busy.
We sat in the bar area and our server Nick was very nice. We started with a few drink specials…Large Miller Lite for 5.00 and a Mai Tai for 7.00.
We ordered an appetizer of Spinach and Artichoke dip which took a while to get..not sure why so when he brought it out,we ordered our pizzas figuring it might take a while before we got them. The appetizer was only 7.50 and was served hot with tortilla chips. They offer a nice variety of appetizers on their Happy Hour menu but this was the only one that was GF.
Pizzas were 8.00 each. I had sausage and my wife had bacon GF. There is normally an upcharge for GF but we didn’t see it on our bill.
Moretti’s has a huge menu plus Daily Food Specials so definitely a place to try since they have multiple locations in the Chicagoland area.

I placed a delivery order from Moretti’s in Bartlett at 7:20 pm, with an estimated delivery time of 8:40 pm. I tried calling several times when the food didn’t arrive, and no one answered until 9:00 pm. They told me the driver would be there any moment, but when he finally showed up around 9:10, he just parked in the garage and left without even delivering the food. I had to call again and wait even longer.
When I finally got through, the staff didn’t even apologize—they just said the driver had to return to the restaurant before coming back. The food eventually arrived at 9:20 pm, but it was awful. The bread was completely soggy, and the pasta tasted rancid from sitting too long.
Terrible experience from start to finish. Poor service, no accountability, and disgusting food. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place.

Pizza was baked perfectly. Crust thin and so tasty. Had a Lagunitas Sum Sum which came out cold as ice.
Our server was happy and very nice and thorough.

We had a phenomenal experience with our server Sara at the Bartlett Moretti’s tonight. She was outstanding and an absolute “Jack of all trades” in the restaurant industry. Right away Sara helped us get a table and started to help us out and they seemed really busy. From her warm personality and outstanding customer service as a server we later also found out she was also the manager (helping out everyone and everywhere). It seemed to a busy night with short staff but her and all servers had smiles on their faces constantly. The atmosphere was perfect for our family dinner on a last minute night out. Sara was 10 out of 10. She genuinely offered many great suggestions and additions to our meals which we loved. We were completely taken care of her which is hard to say now a days! With speaking as a person with prior restaurant experience it was very unforgettable. We can be a hard bunch to please sometimes. Happy Holidays and celebrate the season for spreading such great cheer like Sara!

There is something on the menu for everyone. I got the minestrone soup and half chicken parm special for $11. Delicious. The beer on tap was nice and cold. I’ve been to 3 different Morettis. All great.

They had a special for half price cheeseburgers on Monday. I ate it and it was good. However now I am sick with food related illness. I had been coming to this restaurant on occasion every few months and haven’t been super impressed with the food but this has sealed the deal for me.

Had a great work lunch today. Sat at the bar had some pasta with vodka sauce with some fresh crispy fries. The bartender was cool. She was attentive and on top of everything. She made me an amazing sangria

I wish I took pictures of this space when it was fully set up because it was IMMACULATE! Honestly for the price you pay to rent this space out you are getting a DEAL! We hosted a Sneaker Ball here for my church group and it was truly an outstanding experience! Jasmine, Julietta, and Beatrice were FANTASTIC! I can’t stress that enough and I’m so grateful they were there to assist us! Rob was the manager on sight and he was polite and very helpful. They had beautiful house center pieces and color coordinated everything we asked for (they have an array of options to select from)! I can’t express enough how happy I am with the service and treatment we got here. Highly recommend this space for all your special event needs, big or small they can definitely accommodate you!

I ordered a deep dish pizza and I got the most pathetic pizza I’ve ever seen. It’s basically a thin crust pizza with a thick empty crust around it. I won’t be going back there
