I absolutely love this specific Moretti’s. It’s my go to pizza place in the area. They have live music some days. Thursday evenings/night is my favorite. We sit at the bar, order some appetizers.. have some drinks, order our pizza.. have more drinks and just enjoy the atmosphere (there’s usually live music Thursday night). The bartenders are always super friendly. Pedro though, he’s above and beyond kind. His smile and positive energy is contagious. This year I decided to celebrate my bday dinner at this place and once more GREAT choice. It was super busy (Bears game AND in a Saturday) none the less our service was on point. Visited the location today for lunch with a friend and his wife for their anniversary. My friend is wheelchair bond and no one helped us with the door as it is not automatic.
When we got inside they accommodated a low top table by the restroom.
Our waitress was efficient, friendly and on point. We all ordered salad and they got French onion soup. My salad was good however, the amount of dressing was over the top, by the time I got to the bottom of the plate it was salad soup. Suggestions are to put it on the side. I guess I could have asked for that but I had never been here and had no idea that was the standard.
Also my friend asked about all the pizzas being served and the server failed to let him know it was a lunch special for ½ pizza.
I would come again.

We went on Monday night for the half prize hamburger ad we say. Actually, it’s only one hamburger that is half price, but it was fantastic. It was a nice thick juicy cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato and served with a big cup of mayo and then your choice of a huge cup of coleslaw or fries. We both had the coleslaw and we are very picky about our coleslaw and it was super excellent. The hamburger meat actually tasted like beef and was cooked to perfection. We ordered medium rare and they nailed it. We are definitely going to come back for half price pizza night, which is Tuesdays. Our meal of two hamburgers with coleslaw and then we had water was only $20. Absolutely remarkable. Some people doing reviews said the service was slow, but we did not notice that but on Monday it wasn’t very crowded and the restaurant isn’t that big so I can’t really imagine the service being slow. Also, when you pay your bill, you have the option of just paying the waitress or scanning a QR code on the receipt and just paying it directly from the table and emailing the receipt to yourself. We can’t wait to come back and try something else. We sat in the dining room off of the bar area, but there are a lot of booths and tables in the bar area. You can have your choice of a regular table, a booth or a high table. The bar itself is very large. Their tables seat, four people, but then fold open to accommodate six. They also seemed to have a very large room off to the side where you can hold events or parties. I kind of peaked in on one and it looked like there was a giant buffet set up. The place reminded me of what Bennigan’s was a long time ago in Chicago. But instead of Irish, it was Italian.

The staff were friendly, Candice was a wonderful waitress, the appetizer was quick, and the pizza was better than I expected! I am a born and raised Chicagoan, so pizza is my thing! Celebrating my birthday dinner with the family ordered a few dishes onion rings were amazing. They are so huge. Definitely you can share. Calamari was delicious as well, but very small portion for the price.
Pizza was good. The pasta chicken Lemon had really good Flavor, the burger my son had he said it was good.
Like everything these days, everything is more pricey, But at least if it’s going to be pricey, the amount of food you should get should match, It does have a sports bar area and lots of seating. Most restaurants will give you a complimentary birthday dessert or at least a birthday song, but that didn’t happen. I was disappointed with that. They should at least offer that for their customer’s especially since they decide to come to celebrate their birthday at their Establishment and could go elsewhere to be acknowledged on your birthday.

Took advantage of their Tuesday deal, half price pizza to go. Like that this location has an option to still get the deal without buying drinks. Not everyone drinks so that’s nice. Had some issues on the website. It wasn’t reflected in the checkout the discount. The person over the phone was kind enough to take my order and ensure my points were being added too. Love the crispy pizza. If you like crunch, get their thin crust. It wasn’t salty either which I appreciate. Would like to come back with a group one day.

Had to take photos for an event at this location. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Food looks amazing. I have a tomato allergy so I can’t rate the pizza, however I know by the looks of it, that pizza looks amazing. They did have ice cream, and I enjoyed it, along with some hot wings.

Why did I give this restaurant only 1-star, when the food, service and atmosphere were all 4-star? My wife and I dined here for the first time tonight. We were with another couple. They mentioned that it was my wife’s birthday. The server, very kindly, brought my wife a small vanilla ice cream “Birthday Sundae” at the end of the meal. That was very nice….until we got the bill. She charged us for the sundae!!! Are you kidding me? I guess tonight will be our first and last visit to Moretti’s.
