We are from TX but now live in TN. There use to be an amazing burrito place in TX that we have missed terribly. We happened on to this place today with no expectations. Wow! Their burritos were just as good as the ones back home. It’s just a small, no frills place but totally authentic. They have homemade tamales too that we pre-ordered for my daughter’s birthday. Can not wait to try them. They have breakfast burritos too that we’re delicious!
It’s easy to miss. It’s on Lebanon Pike on the right coming from Hermitage, a little before Mt. Juliet Road. Right across from Burger King. It’s a hidden gem….trust me!

I passed by this restaurant a thousand times before I decided to give it a shot, and I was kicking myself for not going sooner. While I haven’t tried everything on the menu, the burritos and tacos are great. Don’t expect Taco Bell prices, but the food is delicious. Just got the carne asada breakfast burrito and it was excellent as well. For great and authentic Mexican food served quickly this restaurant can’t be beat.
