First off, everyone here were welcoming and very kind! Warm smiles too!
The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, simple! Perfect for the location.
Food was amazing! Had a pork burrito, and for the price, worth every penny! Solidly wrapped, fantastic seasonings, filling, what mode could ya ask for?
Service was quick, and really appreciate it, since I had come in half-hour til closing. They nailed it!
Will definitely come again, and absolutely recommend this place! You’ll be sorry if ya pass this up!
Oh, and salsa bar. Always a win!

I’ve been to Moreno’s on Power and Main several times. This particular location is in an old gas station and the restroom is outside and you have to ask for the key!
The key is attached to a huge metal kitchen spoon!!
Boy! Did that bring back some memories!
I got a single chili relleno . Moreno’s has as good as the best in my world! Big, full of stringy, warm white cheese and good green sauce!
The odd thing is, the price listed is $10.95, add a Pepsi and my bill was $18!!!!!! Surely my Pepsi wasn’t $7….
I didn’t realize it until I was at home later….

Idk if it is because I was white but very not welcoming, got a togo order. Got home and the chips were stale, looked and tasted like the chips were fried, cooled, then fried again, meat burnt, beans cold. 23 dollars wasted and I tipped them. I honestly think places like this should just shut down.

No Mexican food since Friday night… so off to Moreno’s I went for lunch. Always trying new items… today selected the Pollo Fundido with jalapeño creme sauce and a shrimp taco. If I had been born a swine, I would’ve squealed with delight!

Food was good. Everything was good however the only problem i had was with the cashier/ waitress… after we received our order a few minutes later she came by behind our table and started sweeping creating some dust and later mopping all while shaking her mop towards our table.. the only thing I kept thinking to myself was why could she not started on the other half of Restaurant where it was completely empty… she must’ve overheard the comments I made as I told my coworker hoping she would hear me and be a little more considerate and without knowing I made matters worse. She once again mopped a second time and focusing on our table only a few feet away all while shaking mop towards us.. Im very Disappointed employees of such a good tasting restaurant leaves a bad taste.. Hopefully management can speak to their employees and let them know to be a little more considerate.

Came here for breakfast before heading back to Cali. I ordered the menudo and it did not disappoint. I also ordered the birria tacos and they were delicious but I didn’t get the full birria taste if that makes any sense. Staff was really friendly and the place was clean.

Amazing tacos! The tacos toro are my personal favorite. I am not a big fan of shrimp or seafood in general but their grilled shrimp tacos toro are insanely good!!! The only improvement that I feel could be made is if barbacoa was a meat option but this place is definitely a must try!

Every time we eat here we are never disappointed. If ever anyone in ear shot mentions Mexican food, I’m quick to suggest Morenos. It doesn’t matter what day or time you’re here, Morenos is always happy to serve you a bomb meal. It feels like mamas in the kitchen, and I don’t say that often.
You’ll know it’s us when we order because we eat 2 flan in the restaurant and take 2 to go it’s that good.
