We stopped in on a quiet Saturday afternoon. Got a table by the window on a beautiful sunny afternoon. Wait staff was very friendly and quick to answer questions. We had the Sensation salad with fried shrimp and the Shrimp Poboy. Both delicious. Shrimp cooked perfectly and the Shrimp sensation dressing was delicious. With a drink was about $40 for two. Really lovely setting but could see a long wait on a busy day.

I’m so glad we stopped here. It sits on False River. The food was amazing. My wife had the Red Fish Grand Isle, which she loved, and it did taste good. I got the fried catfish and shrimp platter. I loved it! It tasted so good that I didn’t need tarter or cocktail sauce. But I did cause their tarter sauce was great. The fries were very good also. I wish the portion were a little larger, but it filled me up. We shared their Sensation Salad, which wasn’t a lot of stuff, mostly greens, but the dressing was amazing! The view from the restaurant was wonderful!

Was overly impressed. The food was crazy good. Me and my kids literally took turns trying eachothers food because we couldn’t get over how good it was. Even the fries were excellent. We got the shrimp, fish and grits which was perfectly cooked, the chicken Parmesean which was also great and the chicken was juicy and flavorful but also thoroughly cooked perfectly, we also got the fried chicken poboy and was just in awe with how great that meal was. Restaurants have gotten lazy with the poboys but this restaurant brought back my love for it and I’ll probably get that next time we go back. I also got a half and half seafood plate to go that the husband said was great. And an appetizer of crab claws. All for $120! 4 full meals and an appetizer. Can’t beat that these days. Also our little waiter was super nice and helpful
I will add this tid bit just to inform others; no there is no sign on the road for this restaurant. You really have to look to find it. I did have to pull in another parking lot and turn around and find the place to pull in and you have to go down a driveway to find it but it’s there

The atmosphere was wonderful, right on False River. The service was great, and there were multiple people serving us, all with a smile and very helpful. I loved my salad, the steak was a little gristley, but the flavor was very good! Will definitely be back!

Gorgeous day for a first experience. Atmosphere is perfect for casual dining or a nice date. The staff was incredible and really helped us navigating food allergies. Food was excellent, great small plates, mains, and lunch menu. Also one of the best espresso martinis I’ve had in awhile, not overly sweet.

NOT BIKER FRIENDLY!! My husband and I, along with another couple, stopped here on Saturday 11/8/25 afternoon while we were out on a motorcycle ride. We were greeted by a hostess who appeared very unhappy. We waited 15 minutes for a table. Once seated, the same unhappy young lady took our drink order. And she never came back. After sitting for another 15 minutes, we decided to leave. We felt incredibly discriminated against as if bikers were not welcome in the restaurant.

Nice to eat by the water, the building does move a bit with passing boats. Staff was friendly. We tried the fish, flounder, special – it was good, and shrimp & cabbage casserole – it was a bit salty, chicken poboy & catfish poboy with sliced wedge fries.

We visited for the first time today. We are in town for business. I absolutely loved the atmosphere being it’s on the River. When we walked in a very nice guy seated us and took our drink order. We thought he was our waiter so we ordered an appetizer as well then later a girl introduced herself as our waitress. Our appetizer came out fairly fast and the fried green tomatoes were amazing! It definitely set the bar on how the food would go. It did take about 30 minutes to get out food which my husbands salad came out with our dinner and it didn’t come out as an appetizer. During the wait we needed refills and our waitress was talking to other staff member. Mind you, we were her only table. We tried to flag her down and nothing the first time. We got the guy who seated us to get us refills. Later we had to yell at the waitress to refill our drinks. Once we asked for the check, it didn’t take her no time to come back for the money. The service was extremely poor. All of the food was amazing except the hamburger I ordered. Don’t get me wrong, the beef was fresh but it had absolutely no flavor. It would’ve been better with seasoning or even some flavor sauce to make up for the difference. With tasting the fried green tomatoes, the gumbo, the salad and the fries I was definitely let down by the hamburger.

I wouldn’t even give it a star at all. First time we came here, today. We had to wait to be seated then no one came to wait on us. It’s 2025 people. Not 1900 hundred. This racism is getting really old. Shane on y’all. We were really looking to have some seafood. I would definitely tell people not to come to y’all’s Establishment. So disappointed. Thanks for making our day.

Very small portions for the prices, plus the manager refused to rectify a mistake that the restaurant made not to disclose multiple upcharges from their menu (or, at minimum, point them out by the server at the time the order was being placed) that she threw on the bill after the fact. There are far more reputable and superior restaurants in the area that I will be patronizing from this day forward.
