We stopped by for a burger and we added an order of onion rings. The burgers were delicious and freshly cooked. The onion rings were cut thin and they had just the right amount of breading. They were hot and crispy.

Outstanding. I had the shrimp tacos. They tasted SO fresh. My dad thinks they have the best shrimp burger in Morehead City. Onions rings are delicious. We hear that their beef burgers are why people come back religiously. My brother tried the Hibachi Burger (pictured) and he said that it was solid. Definitely recommend stopping in.

Cool small spot. At first glance I thought simple food cheese burgers. Boy was I wrong. I had the tuna burger. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned I have no idea what that sauce was but it paired perfectly. Sweet potato fries with some kind of marshmallow cream sauce AMAZING. My mom had the classic burger. But again that sauce and just the balance a great burger. My stepdad ordered the fire house it was so big he couldn’t finish it. And value who still sells a burger for 8 bucks. I tipped them well because the food and service was excellent. Can’t wait to come back and bring friends what a cool place to grab a burger. A lot more than I expected I was pleasantly surprised!!

We had a great time and a great meal. Can get pricey because everything is a la carte, but every single food item was great. Fried pickles were crispy and well seasoned. Sweet potato fries were delish, and the regular fries were crispy and hot. We ordered 3 different burgers and they were all really good.

This is a amazing place to eat. Not even kidding. The food is FRESH. My hubby took today off because kids went back to school so we could drop them off and pick them up so this is the first time in a while we’ve had time to just ride around. We decided on somewhere new to eat. It did NOT disappoint. Fresh and very flavorable. Loved the option for “a little bit of both” (french fries and onion rings) was perfect for both of us. Very good place to eat. I promise!

Giving 5 stars because the food was indeed superb. My wife thought the firehouse burger was possibly the best burger she has ever had. She was a little skeptical of the idea of sugared sweet potato fries served with a marshmallow cream, but we were all won over after trying them. Onion rings and fries were also crispy and very good. Although I’m giving the place five stars due to the delicious food, I will say the level of management could use some improvement. As others have mentioned, the general vibe seems to be that they don’t have any issue regularly running out of menu items. I guess that speaks to the freshness of the ingredients, but don’t be surprised if a menu item you hoped to get may not be available, or that the store closes earlier than advertised. We ordered a few tacos, only to be informed after paying and waiting that they had run out of tortillas. To their credit, they did their best to make it right, but the result was honesty still not nearly as good as what we hoped when reading the reviews. So yeah, delicious food, but could do with more organization and a more consistent customer experience.

We stopped in for a burger and we’re surprised to see shrimp tacos and more on the menu. They were crowded. We had to wait a bit for our food. The woman behind the counter came looking for us when the food was ready. Very nice service. The food was excellent.
