Very good prices! However, the biang biang mian wasn’t quite as garlicky and spicy as I hoped, so I had to add extra spice to it. The rou jia mou also wasn’t quite the tastiest I’ve ever tried. Would probably try another food in the food court next time.

We heard so many good things about this place so decided to give it a try tonight. We got the Baing Baiang Noodles and the spicy beef noodles. Both were so good! The noodles were freshly hand pulled and absolutely delicious! The big flats noodles incorporated really well with the sauce. They were chewy and very tasty.
They serve in this gigantic bowl that’s big enough to feed two people. I heard it’s Shaanxi cuisine which is a bit similar to Sichuan but a lighter flavor to it.
Definitely a place I will keep coming back.

I tried the spicy oil splashing noodle. No. 7.
It is fresh noodle that I saw them cutting in the back right after they made them.
The noodles are thick but they are very good. It was pretty spicy which I like, but Westerners beware there is a bit of oil in the noodles but that’s what makes them good. And it’s in the name 😉
I will definitely try some of the other dishes because the fresh noodle is unique.

To be honest, when I see the staff just take a to-go box from the fridge that has everything (noodle, cucumber and sprouts) prepared, I’m regret. And I’m kinda disappointed by the soggy noodles, with stale sprouts. The sauce is also just ok esp the spicy sauce is really u see expectation =P
Not sure about other food items on the menu but I think steamed cold noodle is pretty basic.

I only got pork… crepe looking thingie and it was ok. Just ok. It said they make noodles fresh so maybe I will come back and try the noodles next time.
