Was enthusiastically greeted by Johnny when I walked in we promptly took my order and went to work on my hoagie and fries. Everything was well seasoned and full of flavor as the name says. Fast, friendly service at a great value!

This was my second time in and I got the 6″ sweet chicken hoagie: it was DELICIOUS! The staff person (Johnny) was super friendly, courteous, and personable. He was working alone and the place is tiny — there was one person ahead of me and one person waiting after me, but he was juggling the business like a pro. I live in the neighborhood and am happy to have such a fun place where I can walk over to pick up lunch! Definitely recommended!

My husband and I picked some sandwiches up for supper after seeing an ad on google. We both ordered the hot sandwiches, the super steak and the sweet chicken in small. The sandwiches came with fries. It was the perfect serving size for us. This is by far the best hot sandwich we have ever had. The bread was really good, the meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned. We got the sauce on the side and dipped the fries, and the flavor is just something else. It so incredibly unique, I would go back for just the sauce.
The owner was really friendly and chatted while waiting for our meal to be ready. This really is something special that he makes. If you like hot sandwiches this is worth the visit. Orders can be placed in person or ahead. They also offer delivery with grub hub.

We found this place in the penny saver paper and I just had to go. He was nice and made sure we was good. He made everything fresh and gave us our money worth. My son and I played outside while the food was being prepared and my boyfriend and my daughter stayed inside. He kept up small talk and made sure to come out the kitchen and hand us our food. Very respectfully. We ate out food in the car and it was so good we doubled back. The food was well seasoned, the bread was soft, everything was amazing…. Thank you

Trust me when I say this, this is where you wanna get your steak sandwich in Cedar Rapids. It’s always the unassuming joints that put out the best food and this place is amazing. Owner is a good dude to chat with while you’re hanging out.

I got the super steak with a combo and holy smokes was it a lot of food but I cleaned my plate because it was so good! One major plus — their bread actually holds up with the fixings inside. I was worried I’d be a sloppy mess eating this but everything stayed together really nicely and tasted delicious!
I struggled to find their menu online ahead of time so I’m attaching a picture to my review. What a great addition to the neighborhood.

The guy has a decent sandwich but very poor customer service way too much: “wheeling and dealing” mentality, he cares about money and that’s it. He called me racist in the review response (below), I really have no problem with anyone, we all struggled together as immigrants in Philly. This guy is really reflecting what he is all about. I was going to try his shop again to give him the benefit of the doubt, but I think I will be staying away.

So good, they should change their name to Most Flavors Hoagies! I got the regular hoagie with the works and my wife got the steak fries and both options were ridiculously good. The sweet sauce is 10/10 and it also comes in a separate cup so the hoagie doesn’t get soggy for takeout! Definitely coming back.

Was recommended this place by a friend (knowing me to be a steak sandwich connoisseur). Super steak hoagie was bomb and leaves you wanting more. I posted a picture of my sandwich to social media and had many people asking where the sandwich was from which says something about the food presentation alone. Unfortunately my work hours don’t allow me to come here as much as I want.
A deserving business that I hope finds its way into a more high traffic area, so more people gain awareness and get the chance to try it!
