Me and my family love Mooyah! I was there with my family, but we were picking up our food to go. The food was great, and the service was fine. Very friendly and personable – sometimes hard to find in many restaurants these days. The four stars rating instead of five is because the restaurant was uncomfortably cool. The temperatures outside were very cold as we had locally just been through a rare frigid winter blast, complete with snow and ice. The family and I were all surprised at how chilly it was inside the restaurant, and also glad we were taking our food home to eat in our nice warm home. We love the burgers (two of us built our own), and fries (my wife and daughter shared the sweet potato fries, I had the regular variety), but please turn up the thermostat!

Great service. I had the classic $9.99 combo with organic strawberry dragonfruit drink and the free shake and I am so blown away. Everything was so delicious I ate it so fast and wished I had eaten slower afterwards. I suggest to savor it all slowly when you eat it.The toasted potato bun was so soft, beef 100% real, signature sauce is A+++++ and the fries are the best fries ever. I felt like a kid all over again especially drinking a real strawberry shake. Thank you Mooyah

Food was very good, fresh and cooked well, excellent bacon. The oreo milkshake was creamy and had good size chunks of oreo. I also really like the tractor juice drinks available, such a nice option if you dont want soda.

My husband had worked a 12 hour shift and decided to stop here and order a Hamburger dog without chesse. He specifically asked the cashier to make sure the burger did NOT have cheese on it due dietary concerns. He was reassured that they wouldn’t put cheese on the burger. After arriving home and about to eat his food he discovered that cheese was put on his burger.
This oversight caused an inconvenience and disappointment, as he was unable to enjoy the meal as intended. Accuracy in fulfilling customer requests, especially when they are explicitly stated, is essential to customer satisfaction and trust. This has happened numerous times so we wanted to express our concerns to prevent it from happening again. Cheese is usually an extra charge so basically we should be discounted when we asked to have it removed or decline it with our meals. Sadly he tipped to only receive poor service.

Back again to my favorite place for burgers and fries. Trynity always has a smile and makes sure we have a good experience. I always tell my friends that this place has the best burgers and fries. They offer both regular fries and sweet potato fries, I crave them both! And they make a mean milkshake too.

The food was amazing and the night manager was great! I kept asking him what was in what and he went to the back to personally check since I’m allergic to certain things. He made sure that I could enjoy what everyone else is having. He did get yelled at by a customer which was kind of my fault because I asked what was in their butter but he explained it was margarine and double checked to make sure that it was safe for me to eat which it was and was DELICIOUS!! Would recommend to anyone that’s hungry and thank who ever was in charge for doing above and beyond to make sure it was safe for me to eat, wish I would’ve gotten his name but he was being yelled at by a customer and didn’t want to bother again but left them a $20 tip just so they know that I did appreciate their efforts to help me out! Will come back soon after Christmas with more mouths to feed and would rate customer service 10 STARS if they allowed it. Happy Holidays to the caring staff!!!
