What an amazing experience, highly recommend!! I ordered dinner to go during their grand opening week, and when I got there, the staff were super nice and friendly! They even gave me a large bag and soda tray to ensure I was able to easily carry out all my food. When I got home, my partner and I practically inhaled our burgers and fries – thank goodness I remembered to take pics beforehand! The food was incredible!! I’m from NYC so I’m a huge foodie and have tried pretty much every awesomely weird/different food combination… But let me tell you: “The Hamburdog” was an absolute game-changer, a must-try!! And my partner had gotten the MDC, and he’s pretty picky, but both our customized meals were exactly as we had ordered to perfection. Finally, the sweet potato fries were heavenly. 12/10 overall experience!!! Can’t wait to tell my family and friends about Charlotte’s new Mooyah, and excited to try their shakes next time!

The fries are good. The burgers have a certain fatty taste though. $16+ for a meal. This is probably great for the inebriated. Would only recommend to my enemy.

Awesome burgers & fries, love that you can order things like jalapenos & crispy onion straws on a burger for no extra charge. They also have a really good deal where you get 4 burgers & a family sized fries for only $40 (seriously can’t beat that deal). Can’t wait to go back & try the shakes next time!!

I had a pleasant experience at Mooyah Burgers in Charlotte, NC. I was pleased that they had turkey and vegan burgers for those like myself, who don’t eat beef. Additionally, the Kids Menu has a variety of options to satisfy the picky eaters. My order was accurate and everything was delicious! The staff members were friendly and professional. While I am thrilled any time I can get a burger on a good gluten-free bun (and the bun was good) I really could have used more mushrooms on my mushroom Swiss burger. The MooYah sauce is good, but you only get a small cup of it. The sweet potato fries were fantastic. There seemed to be only 1 employee doing everything, so you had to order at the kiosk and it was near impossible to ask questions.

I recently visited Mooyah Burger for the first time. At first, the restaurant being empty felt like a plus since I was very hungry. Unfortunately, the experience was mixed.
The older African American lady at the register, who was wearing glasses, was extremely rude and gave off the impression that she did not want to take our order. She struggled with the ordering system and was not welcoming at all, which is disappointing for first-time guests. At one point, she told me I could not add two types of cheese to my burger and insisted I had to choose only one. After the gentleman working with her explained that adding two cheeses was allowed, her attitude noticeably worsened and felt very dismissive.
On the positive side, the African American gentleman with a bald head was very pleasant and provided good customer service overall. He prepared our food and was polite with everything we asked.
I would consider returning because the food was good, but the customer service—especially from the lady at the register—definitely needs improvement. Attitudes like that can easily turn customers away, especially first-time visitors. You never know who your customers may be.

Had an opportunity to visit today. “Fresh Baled Bread”… Is where you begin with every burger. So light and fresh and it baked in house. We had two burger and fries and everything was wonderful. All great ingredients and also fresh. The do also offer sweet potato fries that is different from the normal burger places. A great menu for burgers and that also offer a keto burger option. Customer service was exceptional from every aspect. Very clean and customer friendly for families. We will be back…

You will need two hands to eat this burger. You can tell meat was not frozen. Bun was soft (fingers leave impression in the bread). Fries are cooked in peanut oil.
Definitely best burger in Uptown area of Charlotte. They have turkey burgers and no- bread options (burgers wrapped in lettuce).
