Cute little moose decorated deli with great food. Service was great (it was the owner that served us, I assume, and he was lovely), and our sandwiches were made fresh and quickly. And they were delicious. We got the chicken bacon ranch wrap and the Italian (as a wrap)…we get Italian sandwiches everywhere we go, and this one ranked right up at the top.

We ordered blackberry bacon and a french onion roastbeef. Both of the sandwhiches were hot and made to order. We got our food very fast but I can see if a big group comes in before you it can take a while. The store is in the corner of the shopping mall with cute decorations.  It’s a little high priced but so is everything in the area. We did not want the pasta salad, so they took $1 off the sandwhich

The pinned map location is off a bit it is in the far corner. Great sandwich shop run by two friendly brothers. We heard it has been there awhile, but the sandwich menu is basically the same. Ask for the spread to be on both sides of your bread.

Delicious sandwich, Gluten Free Bread! Super nice friendly staff. Gave a great recommendation for a sandwich that would go good on gluten free bread. It was excellent. Coke slaw was yummy too. Prices were very reasonable and the place was cute with rustic seating. Will definitely be back soon. They also had high chairs for the kids!2 adults and 2 kids ate lunch quick for 30 bucks. Can’t go wrong. See you soon Moose on the Loose!

Overall, overpriced food for what you get. It’s not bad food.. . But not great either. The staff were awesome! Inviting and funny! Ordered 4 sandwiches/wraps. With 3 drinks. $78 and some change. It was expensive for quality in my opinion. Vermonter…. Bread was a bit stale, cheap turkey, dressing was good, enjoyed the fresh lettuce and apples. Came with pickle and bag of popcorn. Buffalo Chicken wrap (called “Spartan”) was average, came with pickle. Chicken gyro was also average, came with cheese doodles, chicken BLT wrap also average, came with pickle and chips. Suggest that you offer choice of side/chips. Smelled a bit of old oil that needed to be changed. No napkins in any dispensers, had to go up and ask for them. Again, not a bad experience and food wasn’t bad. Just not great and overpriced in our opinion. Definitely room for improvement. I wish them nothing but success, but they need to improve quality if they want to charge what they charge.

We stopped here for lunch while passing through town. The cashier was unfamiliar with menu items, frequently asking, “do we serve that?” To kitchen staff.
The kitchen staff was unkind, audibly cursing when another customer requested a different sandwich when her order was incorrect.
The building itself has moldy ceilings, bug-infested lights, and overall a poor quality of perceived hygiene. This was not the spot to spend $45 on two meals.

Kitchen nightmare. Very greasy quesadillas and smelly coleslaw. The cashier was rude about it even though I asked very politely to trade the sour smelling food for something else. I was even quiet so not to embarrass them about the bad food. Hoping they’d just handle it. He was very snarky about saying that coleslaw is supposed to smell like that and if I wanted chips instead that I could buy them. No thank you. I gave back his nasty coleslaw and moved on with my day. I should’ve got a picture, I will never go back here. Doubt that’ll hurt their feelings. Customer care was obviously not on this kitchen’s priority list anywhere.

Owners Lamar and Kareem make fantastic food but what puts them apart is their thoughtfulness and kindness to customers (especially with kids). They take care in recommending food and use fresh, local ingredients for their sandwiches and salads. There are very few dining options near the outlets and The Moose on the Loose is definitely one to stop by and try. We’ll be coming back!

Food was extremely underwhelming for it price 60 dollars for 3 people. The place was really dirty looked like it haven’t been cleaned in a long time and when I opened up my water there was crust on the inside. The people working there are very nice I must say.
