When we first moved over in this area, we frequented this shop multiple times a week. Over time, the time it took for service to be completed increased drastically. I wouldn’t mind the increase in time, if the great service we once received hadn’t decreased with it. I don’t need you to jump out the window and into my car for a morning hug, but a “good morning” and such now seems to be too much to ask. When Starbucks gives better drive thru service, I think it would be time to take a look at training and your hiring processes.
Now apparently you’ve taken cues from McDonalds? Never in my life has a coffee shop asked me to pull ahead and park so they could “get to the next person in line”…….. I ordered 1 coffee!!!!! 1!!! Wild behavior coming from a shop that you would think would be more personable. Especially considering it didn’t move your line at all, and the guy behind me was still there waiting for his service as I left.
Since I go into town anyways, looks like I’ll be giving up on this coffee shop. Such a shame since I prefer to give local shops my business over the chains.
As far as food goes, the bagels come from “the bagel co”, which now has a convenient new drive thru location on Custer. And the taste of their pizza is comparable to Costco, only more expensive.

I don’t normally like to leave bad reviews but I ordered a pizza and an Iced Moose Junction Mocha. When I checked the next day to see how many stars I had built up, I didn’t get credit for them. I went the next day and told them about it because it was 20 stars. They took all of my information down, the date and time and told me they would look the receipt up and credit my stars. 4 Days later and still no credit. I know it seems petty but that was enough to put me only a few stars away from a free drink. That’s my only gripe. The pizza and drink were great but if management says they will do something, they need to follow through. The staff working there are always pleasant and the food and drinks are always good.

Pizza was ok, not bad (combo). We wouldn’t go back because as we sat to wait for our food in the dining room, we could see it was not clean. Dirt/dust build up on moulding near floor, front facing of counter not clean, etc. It just wasn’t clean, neat and organized. They had no clean forks ready to go! No parmesan or red pepper shakers. No fountain drinks, can or bottle only. They obviously don’t have space as a lot of supplies were overflowing into dining room. Space there was also used to fold up large pizza boxes. Place needs better management and to be kept clean in detail.

Stellar food and stellar service! We recently started frequenting moose junction and my only complaint is that I didn’t do it soon. The pizzas and coffee are delicious, service has always been fast and extremely pleasant, best of all its a local joint.

We ordered Greek salads, and they were amazing! The freshness of the vegetables, the quality of service, and the portions. One salad could easily feed three. We’ll be back!

Moose Junction is an interesting little spot. They’ve got solid coffee and solid pizza with no frufru and just a little moose-oriented whimsy.
There is literally nothing special about any of the toppings on a moose pizza. Everything looks to be grocery store bought or out of a can. The pizza dough might be homemade, but I doubt. Why do I say this? Because it just goes to show you how taking the time to assemble a pizza with a little thoughtful attention goes a lot further than high-falluting ingredients. This pizza is like a pizza I would have made at home, on a good day, when I had plenty of time, and it was just for me and my wife. And for that, I am happy to buy one from a fun little local spot like Moose Junction.

Always impressed with this place. I went in last weekend and was suprised by the work ethic I saw, as the workers were all younger 20s or older teens. Great service, great food, and everyone was working. Granted it was a Friday night and I’m sure they were ready to be off work, but everyone was doing something. The pizza and the service was great! Just wanted to say great job! That’s pretty rare to see, but such an important quality for life and your future. The huckleberry milkshakes are the best and the pizza is darn good!

Stopped for a smoothie on my bike ride. It was after work and a lot of people were stopping to pickup pizzas they had ordered ahead for pickup.
