We came here just for a Utah scone because we’re obsessed with them. However the menu looked so good we had to order some food. To save money we got the senior breakfast that came with one egg, hash browns and a choice of meat all for $9.99. I added the scone for an extra $2 to replace the toast. The honey butter was delicious. Staff were super friendly and the restaurant is family owned. It has some cool history behind it. Definitely will return if ever in need of a scone. Delicious food at a relatively decent price.

Tucked away on Wall Avenue in South Ogden, Moore’s is one of those places that’s been around since… well, probably forever. Seriously, it might be older than Google.-yea I just checked…it has been.
We rolled in for a light breakfast (times two) and came dangerously close to licking our plates clean. No shame. It was that good.
The place was packed with locals catching up over coffee, swapping stories, and solving all the world’s problems before 10 a.m. The kitchen was buzzing—maybe because Easter’s around the corner, or maybe that’s just how they roll. Either way, the vibe was great and the food hit the spot.
If you’re into hearty breakfast, small-town charm, and friendly chaos, Moore’s is your spot.

If you are looking for small town restaurant, this is the place to come.
Our server was fun, personable, and you could tell she knew her regular customers.
I really loved the simple atmosphere of this place.
Food was served hot, good portions, coffee tasted like coffee and not three day old swill.
We had the Spanish skillet with sour dough toast. Eggs cooked to perfection, hash browns were crispy and buttery, not greasy.
The western omelette was very good with port, gooey cheese, good amount of ham and mushrooms, hash browns were delicious.
We will be back for great service, atmosphere, and great food.
7-29-23 came back for another visit. Amanda was our server, another great experience with customer service and food!!!
Smothered burrito with ham. Verde sauce had sausage, peppers and a touch of heat. I could have eaten a bowl of this. Chicken fried steak, very flavorful gravy, good crust and seasoning on chicken.
This was a return visit that was as great experience as the first.

Service and good food are at the heart of this restaurant. Within your first 3 steps into this late 70s retro dinner you will feel right at home. A classic counter top bar style with seating all around. Servers and bus boys running around with the clanking and noise of the kitchen will all come together for a simple good tasting meal. We had some classic sandwiches that both tasted amazing and the home cut fries are amazing.

Walk in and be transported back to the 1970s – greeted by a very friendly staff and picked my seat. Country kitchen that you swear is run by your grandma.

This is a place if you want to have a delicious traditional breakfast. Service was excellent, and food comes to our table quickly and hot.
