Visited the new Moore bagels location. It’s basically right next door where the other one was, just much bigger. They have indoor and outdoor seating, some baristas that make certain coffee drinks, the same bagels, bagel sandwiches, some specialty bagel sandwiches etc. Great customer service as always. Bagels are always good and fresh. Inside can get a little bit loud when it’s crowded that’s for sure. The steak egg and cheese bagel was okay it’s called the Philly Philly. The pumpernickel bagel with vegetable cream cheese was delish.

I don’t even know what to say. I opened the bag of bagels purchased earlier today and these dough balls were at the bottom of the bag. They look more like a scone or softball than a bagel, no hole in the center and no possible way to fit them in a toaster. The everything bagel was only seasoned on half of the bagel. Half the 1/2 dozen bagels purchased to bring for a brunch were a disappointment to say the least. I can’t say I’ll be returning or recommending them again.

We live 30 mins away but when we heard about the lemon cream cheese, we had to know! Service was fast but definetly not with a smile not sure if something was going on that day but everyone was unpleasant. Lemon cream cheese is wonderful. Bagels are… not my favorite. We live close to sharkeys and hudah so compared to those two spots, the bagels here do not compare. We also tried a BEC on asiago bagel and again, just ok. I would only return to purchase the cream cheese because that was lovely.

Absolute bagel factory, so many fluffy, savory, and sweet bagels being produced. Coffee selections look great and need to go back for more. Branding is doing a great job, customer base is massive for an early weekend morning.

Atmosphere was good. The kid running the register on the right at 10am this morning is completely inattentive. Not polite. Didn’t greet me. That’s all fine I suppose, but to not care enough to get my order right is not fine. It really is a shame because I’ve been here before at the previous location several times and the owner is one of the nicest people and very well deserving of a successful small business. But I fear the size of the operation has compromised the quality of the product. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and I received a bacon and cheese sandwich. If it wasnt so obvious that the kid at the register couldn’t be bothered, I would be more than happy to chaulk it up as a mistake.
Not pleased.

Came in for the first time today after the big snow storm, the two coffees and two bagels we got were incredible! So many good sounding things to try, we will be coming back! We met the owner as well and he’s a nice guy! Nice place!

Service and atmosphere are great, tried this place twice. Both times the bagels just didnt impress me. I feel both times ive gotten a bagel from here its been ‘fine’ but not comparable to the other businesses around which is unfortunate. I got a featured valentines day latte and it tasted like a cup of milk with no other flavor. Both times I got a bagel early in the morning and the outside was super dry/crunchy as if it was overbaked. I hope they improve quality. I really enjoyed the cream cheese to bagel ratio and the staff but I had an everything bagel, and a peanut butter and they both were just not it.

The quality of their bagels have gone downhill. Last several orders were not good. The bagels are too dense and shaped like balls, not bagels. They skimp out on the cream cheese, too. I’m done with this place. Used to be one of the best in South Jersey. Not anymore.

Updated: I leave an honest review of my experiences with this company and the owner comes back and makes a condescending comment. That shows you how much he cares about his customers. Truth hurts, huh? Maybe you should pay more attention to the quality of your product and your customer service. Don’t come at me with “small family business during the holidays BS” when your half-witted employee tells me to contact DoorDash to resolve my issue. That’s NOT how a “small family business” should operate. Your bagels aren’t as good as they used to be and you skimp out on your cream cheese. Take the feedback like a man and fix your quality control. Happy holidays bro.

Honestly, this is a breakfast staple here in South NJ. Best bagels outside of NY, in my honesty opinion. Owner goes around asking everyone how their day is going on the weekends. Place warms my heart. Bonus points for never skimping on portions and amount of cream cheese in their bagels.

I went this morning to pick up 18 bagels for our company, and was embarrassed when I got home and took out these cinnamon raisin bagels. They look like someone in training is making bagels. You should QA your bagels before they go in the basket. These bagels should have been placed in the reject bin and proper looking new bagels made.
