Food: They have tons of delectable pastries perfect with a cup of coffee. We tried the Mocha and it was crafted perfectly. It wasn’t pump full of sugar. Milk alternatives available.
Ambiance: Cozy cabin feel. Lots of seating inside and outside. Absolutely love their decor. Wait time on the weekend of our visit was about 30 minutes.
Value: Prices were reasonable for the quality of food and service.

I’ve been here a few times and have had great coffee drinks and great service. The atmosphere is very nice with plenty of space to sit and relax. Check the patio and upstairs seating too! So cozy!

If heaven served coffee, it would taste like this place brewed it. I came in for a caffeine fix and left emotionally attached. The coffee? Bold, smooth, and possibly brewed by wizards. I’m convinced they use magic beans.
The staff is so friendly I half-expected them to offer life advice and a hug. They didn’t – but I felt emotionally supported nonetheless.
The two-floor indoor seating is like a cozy little kingdom – downstairs for casual sipping, upstairs for plotting world domination or, you know, answering emails. And the outdoor patio? It’s basically a vacation in disguise. I sat out there for five minutes and briefly considered quitting my job to become a full-time coffee drinker.
Do yourself a favor and stop by. Just don’t blame me when you become a regular.

This place was definitely a cute coffee shop! I went here with my boyfriend and group of friends, it was fun because we stayed there to drink coffee and play board games. They also have matcha as well!! The coffee was pretty good with the cold foam! It was pretty chill next to the chimney ! They also do live show in the afternoons on Friday and Saturday! Definitely a coffee place to go if you’re visiting at big bear lake! Very kind and chill workers! Good customer services and very welcoming !

The atmosphere was really cool. The cinnamon coffee cake was sooo good. But without being a hater, the coffee…was jus coffee. Kinda pricey at the same time. We ordered a cappuccino and it was not flavorful at all. Was whipped with whip cream but idk. Nothing special in with that cup but not to say there might be sumtn better on the menu. The pastry was so good though. Really small space but weirdly had a lot of spots to choose from to sit. I do recommend trying it out. Very conveniently close to the Zoo and Big Bear Mountain. Unique spot in Big Bear for sure

LOVE!!! Moonridge Coffee is my home away from home. I am a regular there and the service is amazing and hospitable, people call me by name and know my drink when I walk in the door, the owners Rob and Michelle treat me like family and they are so invested in our Big Bear community always bringing awareness and creating fun events, the coffee and custom drinks are really tasty along with the food, and the environment is cozy and comfortable for friends and families to come together, as well as for a number of us locals who like to get work done there. Definitely recommend them do not go anywhere else in town!!

We stopped by here because I wanted coffee, but this place makes better coffee than the shop by my hospital! I am loving the vibes of this coffee shop! Its so cozy, warm, and inviting. Even though it was very busy, the staff was very attentive. The one who helped me, I think her name was Coral or Carol(sorry), she was so sweet and patient. I had a hard time picking out a drink. So then she recommended the salted caramel mocha, and it did not disappoint! The manager Janelle even made me Latte art for my cup of coffee! Everyone here is so nice. Thank you moonridge coffee for the wonderful ambiance, service, and quality coffee. I highly highly recommend coming here for coffee. I would come more often if I could.

Great spot for breakfast and coffee in Big Bear. The breakfast sandwich was excellent – fresh, flavorful, and filling – and the seasonal Belgian waffles were outstanding without being overly sweet. You can tell care goes into the food, not just the coffee.
The staff was friendly and efficient, and the wait was surprisingly short given how popular the place is. Inside is also really cute and cozy – exactly the kind of space you want to hang out in on a cold mountain morning.
