Such a downgrade of this restaurant and hard to see the fall in quality and consistency for arrogant management.
They now started charging for card transactions, come on man….do the ethics !!
Missing item on DoorDash, they don’t bother and ask customer to call DD for no reason. I know how dd works. They could easily replace the dish next time, since customer did not ask for refund.
The manager think himself a king but do not
acknowledge how important it is to be fair.
Great quality meat. Customer service is overwhelming and can be improved.
Price and serving size is great.
Food taste and flavoring real good. Highly recommended

Best mediterranean food in the area. The hummus is smooth, the fattoush is fresh, the meat is plentiful and juicy. Their house dressing is so amazing I could drink it! We’ve tried the kafta and it’s fire as well. I always ask for extra garlic sauce too cuz it’s so freaking delicious. And the portions! Wonderful!!

The price online and in store don’t match. Perhaps management should consider updating the correct price.
Besides chanting 3% for credit card transactions don’t seem ok. Business shall bear this expense.
Food portion is generous and combo platters are good deal. Clean environment and neat restaurant.

The Kuzi (lamb shank over special rice) is absolutely incredible. 10/10, and a steal for $20 compared to some of the other, more expensive (some frankly overpriced) menu items. It does not have that lamb taste that turns some folks off. A must try even if you don’t really like
The baba ghannouj is above average. I forget how the hommous was. They have the puffy soft pita bread; it could use some oven time. I have had a few duds from here in the past but that was a while ago.
There has been Groupon that’s like $13 for $20 of credit for years – easy way to save $7. You’d be crazy not to use one.
Restaurant is well lit and clean. They don’t have super loud music on like some places. Staff has always been friendly and they worked with me on the entree side because I cannot eat salad greens right now.

Really love their hummus and their Fattoush. Is reliable and delicious. 99% of the time I order carry out and after dining in the service was not great so I will continue to dine out because the food is worthy. I think they have some of the best bread in town. This is a staple in walled lake.

Don’t let the outside appearance scare you away. This place is a diamond in the ruff.
We got the platter for two. Had a lot leftover. The food was excellent, the service was perfect. We will definitely be back! Took the picture after we ate, and still had that much left over!

$12.12 for the Mediterranean quesadilla appetizer. They used processed cheese, and one piece had almost no cheese. The quesadilla kind of fell apart as I picked it up. When I got home I put on my own cheese because there was not enough cheese, and to help the quesadilla stick together. There was a good amount of chicken and vegetables though, and the woman at the front counter provided great service. She gave me an extra piece of baclava on the house. But for a quesadilla over $10 I expect a reasonable amount of real cheese and that the quesadilla stays together.

We went to eat and immediately after ordering, I was judged for what I chose and was actually told I couldn’t order it. I got it anyway, but not without a nasty comment. Later, when it was time to pay, we were hovered over the entire time like we couldn’t be trusted. I left a tip, and the manager clearly seemed unhappy with it and I INSITTED on adding 20$ additionally to my already 10$ tip, (mind you it was only a 35$ meal) and when I offered to leave more, she dismissively said “it’s fine” and walked away. As we were leaving, she was openly making rude comments about us. The behavior felt discriminatory and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this place the food is nowhere near good enough to make up for the terrible service.
