We visit Mooney’s on Broadway in Lancaster at least once a month, sometimes twice! The food is excellent! They are known for their mac and cheese but their sandwiches are TOP NOTCH. My favorites are The Turkey Melt, The Rachel, The Ruben and the Original Burger. I usually have these with tater tot’s, Fried pickles, Onion wedges or a salad and a pint of Hayburner IPA

We saw the sign about Mac and cheese on our way to work… And stopped that evening lol. It was quite good. HUGE portion! As in we have eaten off it 3x! We got pizza rolls for an app, also good. My husband got the stinger Mac and I got chicken, bacon ranch Mac. I was stuffed and ate maybe 1/4?! We had some for lunch today, and there plenty for dinner left! Staff all very friendly. Food was out at a good pace too.

What can I say about this place other than OH MY FREAKING GOD. The food is so stupidly good here. I had the fish fry and it was so good, crispy and not too greasy, perfection. We also tried the broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese and holy cow it was incredible. Good thing I live 7 hours away otherwise I’d get stupidly fat from eating here! Also, shout out to Stephanie our waitress she was sweet as pie and super accommodating!

My first experience of mooneys brought me to the realization that ive missed out on so much great food im ashamed of myself. The vibe of this location had a small town sports bar with the service to match with friendly bartenders. But its difficult to walk thru the crowded areas or to get to the busy bar.

Not bad food. Had a stuffed banana pepper burger. Was excellent. This place is knowin for the mac and cheese we got a pesto chicken Mac to share. The balsamic vinegar they put on top I can do with out. The service was fantastic.

First I went there and got an original Mac I got home and I tasted it and it tasted like hot sauce was mixed in there… then…. I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes…. Then…. I asked my fiance to call while I was on hold and wouldn’t ya know they answer him right away with me on hold… then I told the lady that I wasn’t happy about the Mac it has never tasted spicy and she basically was making me feel like I was losing my mind… then I go there to get my new Mac and cheese and she makes me feel stupid once again then I get home and eat the new Mac and cheese and I find plastic pieces in it like come on i really want all my money back at this point and it’s not being given to me so im done with this…

I’ve had the Corned Beef Reuben – A super thick sandwich and a copious amount of fries, served hot and fresh. A definite BANG for your buck, which is difficult to find these days. The atmosphere/service were as if we were dining at home with family. Thank you to the entire establishment for such a wonderful experience!!

The food was so good tasted so wonderful until there was a long hair found in my Mac mid bite instantly was disgusted. Long story short my review would have been 5 stars but I couldn’t even enjoy it as I had to throw it out after that. Service was amazing otherwise. Especially for a pick up order. Very sad cuz I haven’t had mooneys in years and was so excited.
