The order was delivered in half the time estimated by the delivery app which was nice. The food was hot and fresh. The ingredients are of high quality and flavor. I was in town on business and wanted something healthier than spots near my hotel. This restaurant fit the bill and then some. Fast and friendly service. The Avocado Bulgogi and sweet potato pot stickers were delicious! So many flavors and colors in that bowl. Highly recommended especially if you’re looking for some fresh veggies and fermented foods.

I used to order from here consistently because it’s one of the few places to get gluten free fried chicken. Well, never again because I bit into completely raw chicken. I was wondering why the chicken was so chewy and to my disgust realised it was not at all cooked. I don’t mean undercooked either — I mean full on raw. Left a review on DoorDash too and that mysteriusly never got published. No apology from the restaurant, nothing. I had to take a bunch of preventative charcoal pills and pray I didn’t get salmonella or avian flu.

I’ve ordered once in the past and again today (I’m sure I’ll reorder soon). The food is delicious and healthy. I’m gluten intolerant and had no issues. I’d say give them a try even if you’re not gluten free or vegetarian. It’s tasty! Delivery time was also faster than expected. I had the avocado bulgogi over citrus kale and added a fried egg on top.

This is an UberEats order. The food travels well and tastes good when all the flavors are active in the bites. Does the bowl (cardboard, paper –??) have absorbent qualities? The rice seems dry/to dry even after the application of citrus and sauce. I feel like I have to put the Sesame Surprise in a separate non absorbent bowl to make sure the moisture remains in the meal. According to a note that comes with the packaging, moonbowls seems to be ensuring “food that meets the highest health and safety standards.”

The customer service is on point. The Avocado Bulgogi is really really good. There is a huge difference/improvement in my most recent meal in comparison to my prior orders from moonbowls. The entire meal is flavorful AND juicy. The Impossible “Beef,” the green onions, the sweet peppers, the shredded Kale, the Kimchi (a very distinct flavor which the Avocado softens), the citrus, the sauce, and the Avocado mix very well together in a bite/mix.

Id say the food is decent. But for the price? Def not worth it. They don’t hook it up (see picture, didn’t even have a bite yet so I was fairly disappointed at the quantity of the food given when it’s so expensive) It is worth the drive to go to on + on kitchen! Right there it’s pricey but at least you can choose how much you want something. Overall I wouldn’t come back again

Being half korean I would say the food is authentic with a healthy twist. The Korean bbq cauliflower wings were amazing and we had the pot stickers which we loved the impossible beef in it. We had a hard time finding the place to pick up our order but we ended up finding the pick up window. They are definitely taking necessary precautions during covid

The food is very very less in amount with 1/3 tofu than usual. The corn was frozen and the broccolis are flavorless. The food is also very very stale. This whole food costed nearly $29 not sure if this is even worth half the price.
