2 hours for delivery is absolutely ridiculous. If you feel like you’re gonna be hungry at 1 in the afternoon, make sure you place your order at 11 am… you still might not get your food in time.

Stay away. My first 9 orders from them were good but all down hill from there. They refused to refund me for missing items, they changed the price on me and said out as because i didn’t not hit a $15 dollar minimum but it was never started anywhere on the app, they said they cancelled out but marked it delivered so I was charged. Their customer service is nonexistent.

Just wanted to let people know, if you request hot sauce, soy sauce which comes standard with your meal ( not extra) they will charge you $ 1 per packed, no lie. At the office, we ordered a few meals. each person was charged $1 for sauce packet and $1 for a plastic bag per meal. Mind you it was delivered in a paper bag in a box. They do not tell you this. Just want ppl to be aware before they order.

This is the best restaurant in the valley area!!! No matter what I order, its always fresh and delicious. I call ahead of busy times to avoid a long wait.. its worth it everytime. I have tried the other chinese in the area and ive regretted it. Hands down the best quality food around.
