I ordered boneless spare ribs and pork fried rice. The lady who took the order was not polite. The boneless spare ribs were hard and dry and some burnt. I brought them back after calling to advise of my dissatisfaction. Once I arrived I showed her I barely touched the food and just wanted a refund. She refused giving me a refund even after I called and it was indicated I was requesting a refund. We were going back and forth and she even started laughing, she then said they are only a small business. It was $13 that I spent, it wasn’t about the dollar amount it could have been $5 or $20 it was about the principle. I would never go back even if it was free. Bad service and bad food.
