Food was okay, but the service was genuinely deplorable.
On New Year’s Eve, myself and roughly 35 other customers waited 2.5 hours for food we had already paid for, while watching DoorDash and Uber Eats orders fly out the window nonstop. People were visibly upset—we were spending our holiday standing in a pickup area with zero communication.
To make matters worse, the lone staffer at the register appeared to be underage, overwhelmed, and untrained. At one point they began crying and walked away, leaving customers unattended for nearly 30 minutes.
The most telling moment came when another customer—who owns a restaurant—tested the system. He placed an Uber Eats pickup order while standing there. That order was ready in 8 minutes, while his in-person order placed at 1:00 PM hadn’t even been started.
That same customer eventually went behind the counter to help the staff, and only then did people begin receiving food. Even with that, it still took another hour to get everyone out.
This place clearly prioritizes app orders over in-person customers, likely to maintain delivery-platform quotas. If you’re physically standing there, paid, and waiting? You don’t matter.
I will never spend my money here again.

You have been warned! At first they were good, now they taste old. The crab rangoon is hard and over cooked. They taste more like oil than rangoon. The general gao’s chicken is hard as a rock with a not so good sauce. I gave them another try because of delivery. Not worth it at all. I called (yes I was polite) to let them know about the last two experiences and the woman sighed and hung up on me. 40$ in the trash. Everything went in the trash not. So bad everything was worth one bite. I hope we don’t get sick lol

First time was great, second time borderline disgusting. Not sure how they have that much disparity in quality. They were pleasant when I called and said they would give me a credit next time without me asking for anything. I’ll try it again but this was definitely a poor experience.

I was disappointed that the egg-fo-yung didn’t come with Fried rice. The boneless ribs looked old. Grey instead of pink.

I usually order every week. The last few times have been really bad, i wanted to give them a few chances becuase i used to enjoy their food but now it’s just so bad i don’t think i would feed to a dog. Rice seems heated in a microwave with a rubber and grease taste chicken fingers and general gaos were hard as a rock so hard i couldn’t even put my fork through. If i could give zero starts i would. Think I’ll be going back to sun kitchen instead from now.
