I like supporting small businesses and hate to be a hater, but my experience here was unfortunately pretty lackluster. I ordered the hot Cheeto burger, and it looked nothing like the menu photo. It had no hot Cheeto dust on the bun, had a sad handful of Cheetos on the burger, the Cheetos were soggy or stale, the bun seemed soggy, and the burger was overdone. It did have good flavor. The fries were also underdone. For the price of this meal and for how long it took to make, this was super disappointing.

Service: Was fine, a little on the slow side, and the only way to order in the restaurant was on a tablet that gave less customization options than the toasttab app, so save yourself the time and just order ahead on your phone.
Atmosphere: The art was kinda cool, but there was no music so waiting for our food was the most awkward experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant.

They’re really really inconsistent in quality. The most recent burger I got was horrible whereas the prior was pretty decent. This time, it was burned as hell. I wouldn’t give this to my dog. They have bad quality control. Eat at your own risk. ⚠️

Ordered through Uber eats. $17 for a burger with fries and no drink before fees/taxes/tip. Burger was eh. 5/10. Pretty dry. Not awful but very forgettable. Certainly not worthy of the price tag. Fries were honestly awful. 1/10 Dry, not seasoned despite selecting the garlic fries option. The fry portion was fairly small as well. The only drink options offered in the app were $3+ for jarritos, bottled water, or Kool-aid. So no real soda options.

The only real positives are that the place is open late and they only messed up one portion of the order (the forgotten garlic seasoning on fries). But I would not recommend this place due to the outrageous pricing for the product they are providing.

I ordered through UberEats. So, I will preface this review by saying I know nothing of Moon Burger’s service or atmosphere.
But, I see that the owner reads these. So, I just want to tell them that my fries and burger bun were both soggy when I received them. The flavors were solid, but the texture was unpleasant. It really ruined my experience of the meal.
In my opinion, upgrading your to-go containers would be well worth any price difference. Unventilated, styrofoam boxes trap condensation from hot food, which does a huge disservice to all of the fried foods you seem to specialize in.

Super cool place, cook was super nice and really into his food (as he should be). Burgers were super good, and the art studio inside was really cool. Highly recommend to anyone who likes neat art and good burgers. Will definitely be going back.

Let me just say WOW!!!! The atmosphere is relaxed and artsy. The restaurant is inside of the building called the Gallery. THE FOOD AMAZING!! I highly suggest this place and there open late!
