We biked the Pumpkinvine Trail today and were so excited to stop here. I love ice cream. We were initially disappointed because there’s a barn/shed by the road and there’s a For Sale sign in the window. We thought Mooey’s was out of business!! I persevered, however, and started riding down the gravel road and I’m so glad that I found it.
My wife had a hot dog and I had the jalapeño pork burger as starters, but we were really here for the ice cream. It’s all fantastic and we’ll probably stop again tomorrow on our ride back to Elkhart. The girls working here are super nice and the ice cream is fantastic. I highly recommended the Lemon Bar and I’m Your Huckleberry. My wife loved the Rum Black Cherry. Love it love it love it.

This is a great little hidden gem! The service was fast and friendly and the ice cream is phenomenal! If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in. We really enjoyed it.

What a cute little ice cream shop. We found this place just looking up random places and decided to give it a try. We were so happy we did. Staff were friendly. Ice cream was delicious and scenery was a bonus. Almost forgot to mention the cutie patootie farm dog

Great bang for my buck! I ordered a small and got a heaping bowl of ice cream. They’ve got animals to watch while you eat ice cream! Fun for kids. Great access right alone the Pumpkinvine. Will be back!

We pulled down a drive that took us to a tucked back, charming ice cream shop. Owned and operated by the family that lives on the property. There are trees for shade during a warmer day, animals for the kids to watch interacting, and just an overall peaceful surrounding.
The service is kind! Generous portions of delicious ice cream. And, sincerely, the BEST pretzel I’ve ever eaten! (Hand rolled, soft, warm, melts in your mouth!!!)

Nice staff & the best soft pretzel we ever had. Loved the big selection of ice cream- both soft serve and hard. The prices were great and the servings were good sized. We really enjoyed it and will definitely be back.

I hate to post how great this little ice cream shop is because every time we rave about a place it becomes too busy to go to. This place is one of Middlebury’s best kept secrets. Only order a large size if you plan to share with someone else! Portions are huge!

This was a fabulous find along the Pumpkinvine bike trail! The location is off the beaten path and we’ll worth the visit! The young lady working was friendly. It became very busy after we arrived and everyone was served in a timely manner. Our ice cream creations were delicious and reasonably priced.
We loved seeing the horse and buggies , too! This is a very child friendly stop.
The absolute BEST thing were the “baby wipes” on all the tables. How simple, thoughtful and useful! We had been biking several miles, and not only did these clean our sticky hands but cooled off our sweaty faces
