Had been a LONG time since wife and I had eaten there. Have been 4 times in the past month. April 2024…have not had a bad meal or experience. Pizza is great and full of toppings ordered. Wings are on point and best I have had in Wilson. Service has been great.

This place will NEVER get my business EVER again!! My daddy just got out of the hospital from been septic and had a major surgery done, his grandson just came home after 17 years of not been home and my daddy wanted to take us all out to eat. The bill was over 100 and he left a $5 tip, we usually come here to eat a lot and usually leave $15-$20 tip. When I told the man in the back this he instantly said we should just get our order to go for now on because that $5 want even enough to pay the bills! Well I hope this gets out on how shifty yall treat the elder (70+) and yall close DOWN!! The pizza was nasty and the waitress isn’t as friendly as the one we normally get. I have been coming to this place for over 10 years and the 1 time we don’t leave $15 tip and usually the bill is less than $50 ya want to complain about what my daddy left. We didn’t come to pay your bills we came to have a fun family night with my daddy and my son!

Terrible customer service. My husband and I ate lunch here. He took one bite out of his steak sub and did not like it. When we told the waitress that he didn’t like the food she said you are not getting your money back and we do not cook to your taste buds. Excuse me? We did not ask for the $8 back we were just telling you he did not like the sub. It would have been nice to offer a replacement meal or something. Anyway, you can keep your dry sandwiches and dry steak.

The place needs a major update. The medium pizza was awful. Hardly any meat on the pizza. Crust was awful. Not flavored good at all. My Stromboli was not good either. 2.00 per meat for Stromboli. Tea was watered down. The only decent thing was the chicken wings. Our bill for what I just listed was 57.00. Way overrated and will not be returning. First and last visit

Their lasagna is THE ABSOLUTE BEST. Literally nowhere close that even competes. The pizza crust is also *drool* and the wings and pizza dip are top notch. I’m making myself hungry just typing this review.

Owners are hot-heads and belligerent. My mom and I had been coming here for 20
years. But like some of the other commenters below, we won’t be back.

What happened? I made the mistake of bringing my Hydro-Flask water bottle in with me, as I’m in the habit of taking it everywhere. Before even saying hello, the waitress starts off barking at me as if I was a school-child doing something horribly wrong. (I put the water bottle aside, no issue, except that as a customer I expect to be treated politely.)

Ate lunch with my mother, and went to pay my bill, not thinking much if anything. Instead of taking my money, the two of them get up in my face. The man who owns the place starts in with some sort of angry lecture, and I’m like “sir, I did what she asked, why are you making a big deal out of it?” This sent him through the roof, as he thought I should stand there while he vented his anger my way.

I’m then shaking my head in full disbelief, and the owner continues on in a rage, threatening to call the police about what, I do not know, and scaring the bejeezus out of my 80yr old mother. (The owner actually pushed my mother from behind as we were heading out the door!)

While I understand what it’s like to have a bad day, as well as the precept it usually takes two to tango, this proprietor’s behavior was utterly outrageous. (It’s not like I said anything derogatory, or disregarded her request to put the water bottle aside, or intended not to leave a tip.) So be warned!

Very poor customer service… first time I ate there and will be the last! Also they do not except card. But oh wait they do happen to have an ATM in there restaurant you can use that charges you… ‍♀️ never seen a restaurant so disrespectful and so Desperate to make money.. the food was decent but not worth the head ache or time of day. I could of went home and cooked better.

This place is run by people desperate to make money. They charge $2.50 for a canned soda. No debit or credit cards. Too bad because the food tastes pretty good. Customer service goes a long way. Try Italian Pizza and Subs up the road.

I have eaten here for 30 years or so. This is a great family run restaurant that Wilson is lucky to have. I used to eat here at least once a week and now every time I visit NC.
