Good food but the people here have no personality. If you are looking for a warm experience with whom you are with this is the place. It’s a great environment, good food and the people really do not engage you. However, if you are looking for a more inclusive experience, go elsewhere. That said you will not be disappointed with the ribs here.

I brought my boyfriend here to celebrate his birthday. He and I both thought the food was delicious! I ordered the Ted’s Platter and it was huge! They even gave my boyfriend a free birthday treat Our waiter Tom was very professional, nice and attentive. We did have one issue with our chicken looking under cooked, but the manager Stan was nice enough to bring us a fresh chicken and comped the meal! What great service! I recommend this place to everyone .

The food was good but they have a lot of local competition that make ribs just as good. My biggest disappointment was my warm beer. For this kind of money I would expect a cold draft beer served in a cold glass. I had a second beer and the glass was warm to the touch when they handed it to me. I don’t feel the need to return. This was the Ft. Mitchell location.

The good: The service and the decor. Nice looking place…

The bad: Over priced for what I would consider average fare. The sauce was too sweet- maybe lay off the corn syrup a little. The meat was very tender, but not well finished. The ribs themselves were washed with sauce, then another couple cups poured on top for good measure. As if that were not enough, they also placed a half cup on the side, and then threw in a free bottle to take home.

I travel throughout the region, and have found much better BBQ from roadside diners.

Went here after rave reviews about their ribs. Staff were great and the venue was very nice and clean. I had the ribs and can’t say that they were in any way remarkable. I’d go again for the service. The food was decent but nothing to write home about.

Cincinnati staple, however I find their original ribs average at best (get the pork chops, out of this world). They have a strange aged taste, but maybe that is my bias for southern BBQ ribs. So that is why I visited, as they have introduced southern styled ribs and I have to say they are very good, much better than original style.

Wonderful Waitstaff, very attentive, the ribs were cooked to perfection litterally falling off the bone. Sounds wonderful right? Wrong, the experience was great, the sauce was atrocious, tasting like cans if heinz were poured upon it en masse. My sweet potato was charred through the first half inch or so. Again the service was fantastic, flavor fell flat

Based on the all-you-can-eat ribs…..
The rib meat was gray and no smoke ring, telling me the ribs were boiled or broiled, or both…giving only the illusion of “fall off the bone” goodness. The sauce was overflowing, only adding to the misery.
However, the sides were delightful and I filled up on those—but don’t boast “best ribs” if you can’t even compete with the locals, let alone nationwide.

Long ago they were good, not anymore. They cook their ribs then just slap their name brand barbecue sauce on it. The portions are really small and it is way too expensive. I ordered a filet mignon one time, even though I knew it was pricey. They cooked it fine, but it couldn’t have been more than 4ozs total, for almost $25.

Took my wife here for date night. We both really enjoyed it. Some really great atmosphere here although I was a little cozier back in the 1990’s. The only thing keeping this reviewer from giving 5 stars is the price. The price/value is not what it used to be (although still acceptable).
