We stopped in for lunch. I ordered the soft Super Taco, which was actually pretty good. The wife got the crispy taco but it had shredded beef that was overcooked and tough. The refried beans were really good. The service, although super friendly, was pretty slow. The best thing about it was that is is right on the Dolores river and it was nice sitting out on the patio. Their chips and salsa was also pretty good. All of the food portions were pretty generous.

Food and service was amazing! I got the #25 combination and it was so filling we had plenty to take home. Margaritas were fantastic. The service was on it with the chips and salsa and brought us more without asking. Overall great experience if you’re stopping through the town and looking for a good bite!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! If you are driving through the area, this restaurant is the place to go! We were driving after a long day of hiking and thought we wouldn’t find anything except McDonald’s, however, we lucked out and passed montezumo’s. We got a table at 8:45pm and were immediately greeted with appetizing chips and warm customer service (shoutout to Ty!). The portions are huge and for a great price too, AND… it was delicious! If you are looking for great Mexican food, this is the place to go

Great place for Mexican food! Large outdoor seating spaces along the Dolores river. Food was great and came out hot! Dishes are definitely shareworthy. Excellent service! Wait staff was super friendly and checked in often to make sure we were enjoying everything or to see if we needed anything. We’ll be back!

Well the place looks amazing!! We were so excited to eat here!! Sat on the back by the river where it is beautiful. Sat there for 30 minutes… no drink order. Waited patiently.. asked another waitress was told someone will be coming. Everyone around is was served!!! Not sure why my waitress didn’t want to serve the us… we walked out!!! Hope you have a better experience!! Food looked delicious but NOT the service!!! God Bless!!

Service was quick. It’s very nice atmosphere. Waitress was delightful and friendly. Food looks amazing and smells great too. I’m having Hevos rancheros and I had some chips and salsa. Salsa is perfect.

Mexican restaraunts should serve good beans. These beans were under cooked and flavorless. The rest of the food was OK. Our server said this was his 2nd day. He was trying hard but obviously overburdened. Other staff walked by and smiled at us while we waited patiently for salsa and drink refills, none offered, or didnt notice.

Stopped here on my way to Denver from The Four Corners and really enjoyed the food. Service was top-notch, and everyone was very friendly. The restaurant is attached to a bar, and the bar has a little different feel. Would definitely stop by again next time I’m in the area.
