I’ve had great and not so great experiences here, but overall I’d say it’s pretty dang good.

My birthday dinner. Company was very fun and we laughed a lot. Food and service was could have been better. Frozen Daiquiri was the bomb, so good

My first time here but I will definitely be back. Food was excellent portions were large enough to share! I had the Chicken Quesadilla, next time I will get the smaller size, it was huge! Everything was fresh, hot and definitely the best I have had in a while. The service was great, restaurant is clean, atmosphere is relaxing. It’s the best Andalusia has to offer in Mexican food.

It was very nice inside. The staff seemed a little frazzled with how full it was but they still made sure to get to us quickly. Prices were fair. My husband’s order did get messed up but everything tasted good.

The frozen margaritas are nothing but a slushy of ice, for $10. Can’t even feel you drank that large one.. and when I say it was white with no color, I should have said take that back right then, but I didn’t, it was my 1st and possibly last time doing business with them here in Andalusia. I even told the manager to make it good with one on the rocks.. I got 10 invested here for nothing as it is.. some ice and lime wedges.. but the manager proceeds to call the owners, that said since id consumed the ice I got, they couldn’t make it good.. like the drink on the rocks, at their expense would have closed their doors… poor poor business if ya asks me. I’m probably one the biggest margarita drinkers here in the southeast. Azteca in crestview Florida has the best margs around hands down and 2 for 1 , every day… even on Sundays. So to the managers at Montezuma, I hope you enjoy your moneys you took from me for a cup of ice… lesson learned here, and maybe a bar tender thats more considerare with her measuring.. 2 shots my a$$!

It’s a new business. We don’t like the decor. It has an industrial feel. Lots of black. No color which seems unusual for a Mexican restaurant. I had their loaded nachos. The chicken was dry. The waitress did a good job.

This is the best Mexican restaurant in the area. Good Margheritas too. Service is great, food is very tasty and comes out quickly. Their special HOT salsa is awesome (be careful if you don’t like heat). I mix it with their regular salsa to make the heat how I like it. BTW I ordered off their sides menu, the Chilie Relleno is TOPS one of the best I’ve had. I’m told you can order it with a beef, chicken, steak, or shrimp topping (BOOM Over the top). That will be my next visit item.

We have tried twice. The first was at dinner time: wait was too long, the food was nothing special for the price, the atmosphere was bland. The second time was Sunday lunch: again, we were seated right away but the wait for food was painfully long. The chicken fingers for kids was a breaded chicken breast cut up into “strips”.
