I don’t order a chicken cutlet often, but I’ve got to say this is the best one I’ve ever had. It was in the Mattia sandwich. The sandwich comes as a cutlet with sautéed broccolini, roasted red peppers, and mozzarella on top. The bun was crusty toasted on the inside and excellent. My friend orders it every time he comes, and it is also the owner’s and the cashier’s favorite. The sandwich was so good, I ate half of it dry. The other half I took home, and added their tasty pesto aïoli sauce. It tastes great either way, but try it dry first. The fries were uniquely shaped, crunchy and tasty. The owner is a genuine, honest guy and I liked him. The key to this place is using top notch, simple ingredients, which makes everything taste good without the need of lots of extra ingredients. I will definitely take my friends here in the future. The place has good vibes.

Vinny, Stephen and company are fabulous. They catered and served a beautiful celebration of life luncheon for my late father in law. The service was impeccable before the luncheon. They transformed the church hall beyond my expectations. The food- chicken Marsala, baked ziti and a salad were all so delicious. So much flavor and perfectly cooked chicken that was so tender. Great desserts also. A fantastic send off for my favorite father in law. The staff left the hall looking like we weren’t even there. Thank you Montesano Brothers for making his send off effortless. My photos aren’t so great, but the luncheon was perfect.

Montesano Brothers Restaurant & Catering is a little gem in Chester County. I just moved to the area and wanted to find some of my favorite places for lunch and dinner and let me tell you this is one of the tops! I just had their chicken cutlet sandwich and it was one of the best I ever had, and I’ve had plenty of them from South Philadelphia. The owners are super nice and I can’t wait to try other specialties. They have such as their pork sandwich and their Italian hoagies. I know they will not disappoint. In fact, as I’m writing this review, a most likely going to pick up dinner there tonight. Great spot worth the trip!

My family has used this restaurant for catering for the last three family functions we’ve had and the food was absolutely amazing. Their meatballs for their meatball sandwiches were fantastic. The sausage was fantastic. The pasta pesto salad is out of this world! Omgosh.,, the cheesesteak eggrolls…so delicious! I can’t say enough about the service here when I order and when I go pick our food up, the staff is so helpful. The ladies at the front are just so much fun! They have exceeded our expectations every single time. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough! Thank you Montesano Bros for setting the bar so high!!

We had a Holiday Open House for 35+ people and Montesanto Bros catered the food for us. Excellent!! We had Chicken Marsala, Baked ziti, Antipasto Tray, Roasted Veggie Tray, Salad and Bread! Everything was fresh and delicious. The only suggestion I would make is for them to use a sturdier aluminum pan for the Chicken Marsala! Otherwise outstanding!!

In town for business. I enjoy the local mom and pop establishments. I asked the hotel for a suggestion. They gave me two. The first had a 6 page menu. 4 1/2 stars. Montesano’s has a one page menu and 5 stars. My way of thinking is less is more or “better” and it was. The seafood chowder was spot on. Hot, creamy, didn’t “smell” of seafood. Fresh amazing. I was even given a sample to taste first. I had a pasta bowl rigatoni, basil pesto. The pesto was so perfect it turned the pasta green. I thought thr pasta was spinach pasta at first. Had a chicken cutlet on top. I ordered wings, Randy style. I was only able to eat one. Excellent extra crispy. Margaret commented I was ordering a lot of food. I was hungry and I did. That’s why I only ate one wing. I don’t like ordering paying and tipping before I get my food and service. I tipped 20%. It wasn’t enough. My drink never ran dry, I was checked on over and over. My wings were wrapped up with love, extra veggies and sauce, extra dressing. I also orders a lemon pie thing. I haven’t eaten it yet because I am so full. I have no doubt it will blow my mind. My only regret? I didn’t order fries to try them. I hope I can come back before I return home. Met the “Brothers” mother. Amazing woman, friendly outgoing. I see why the food is so good, they have a great mother. I stayed a while, I was never rushed. Locals came and went most known by name, law enforcement came and got take away. I even got a Togo cup as I left. Needs 6 stars!!

We ordered the “Rocky’s Main Event – The Italian Stallion” catering package and it was AMAZING! Everything was super tasty, came packaged perfectly, and was so easy to heat and serve. Seriously sooo much food…everyone loved it and we had plenty left over. Montesano Brothers made our birthday party stress-free and delicious. Definitely ordering again!
