I’ve been here multiple times or different occasions! The margaritas are always a hit! The food portions are great for the price.
I’ve recently visited & it seems like it’s being genified it was a white man harassing the other customers .. it was so sad to see. They workers made it clear they wouldn’t let it get out of hand & handled things! I’ll forever respect the people in this establishment!

This place has changed a lot in a year. I went in today because I loved it when I went there last year around July. Completely disappointed.
The food quality worsened while the price went way up.
We ordered a couple of fajitas but they all turned out to be swampy/soggy with a lot of water in it. They did not taste good at all. Exactly not the way I would like the fajitas to be. The chicken in the fajita tasted like boiled chicken breast.

Monterey has yet to fail my tastebuds. The food is always Fresh. My favorite is the large Burritos,and Charro Beans. And the Appetizer bean dip with Peco Degallo. I go to the Park Road Location always. The Staff is always Friendly. I eat there once a Month.

This place was great. My husband and I went yesterday and everything was delicious. I had the combination 25 which had a beef burrito, beef enchilada, and rice and beans. My husband had the chicken with chorizo cheese dip on top, rice and beans and fajitas. So tasty!!! We can’t wait to go back. Nice place as well as service.

Asked for a couple of drink options on menu-was not available. We went on a Tuesday and it doesn’t seem busy. Order tacos and they delivered Taco Bell tacos with less toppings and with hard tacos. No cilantro, no onion. No salsas. Ask server to exchange for soft corn tortilla and she just brought the tortillas on the side. Please be aware folks. If you want Americanized, dull down version of Mexican food- this is it.

We were seated immediately and provided our first round of drinks fairly quickly. It took a long time for the food to arrive but there were only two tables occupied ahead of us. Getting refills took awhile. The food was okay. The pollo fundido is supposed to have a cheese sauce but it was only loaded with sour cream. The portion of rice was small and dry. The chorizo dip was good but VERY spicy (perhaps the menus should be updated to note that). The restaurant was clean but the menus were dirty.
