Went to eat and was completely WOWed. Everything was so good. Can’t wait to go back for more!!! Didn’t get to sit upstairs but will next time. It opens at 5pm. Seems like a great place to enjoy the breeze. Queso and salsa both delicious!! Chips so light and crispy. BEST Mexican food in any state and I’ve tried every place in 14 states so I’m the expert

Very expensive! You get a lot of food though food was good but the cheese dip was cool when delivered to table, every person got their food at different times , both steak meals were chewy and overcooked. Clean and bright inside.

It’s become a habit. Every Sunday my husband asks me if I want to go eat Mexican, and I know exactly where he is talking about. I was raised eating and loving mexican food for all of my 59 yrs. This place is in the top 3 best I have ever had. Some of their things are way over priced like the chunky guacamole for over $12! That is why I took off one star. But I have not had anything I haven’t liked so far, nor has my husband. The service is always good even on busier days. Even the bus boys have smiles and are very friendly. I’m sure this will continue to be one of our favorite Sunday places for dinner for a long time!

She ordered the Mexican Pizza with steak and I ordered the veggie burrito and both dishes were great! The cocktails were even more impressive and unique – she had the Spicy Senorita and I had the Pineapple Cucumber. Authentic Mexican restaurant that truly impressed us. The service was stellar, the food was very good, and the atmosphere was family-friendly with plenty of seating. Parking lot was overflowing into three separate businesses and we still were seated in under 10 minutes! P.S. – chips and salsa were divine as well!

A Hidden Gem Worth the Detour!
While camping with a big group of friends at Yogi Bear Campground, we decided to venture into Bremen for a nice dinner—and WOW did we hit the jackpot with Monterrey Mexican Bar & Grill! We honestly didn’t know what to expect, but this place ended up being one of the highlights of our entire camping trip.
From the moment we walked in, the energy was amazing. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and honestly just fun to be around—they made our night even better. The drink menu is massive and full of surprises! We tried the margarita flights (YES, flights!) and they were all beautifully garnished and tasted incredible. We even had sparkly shots made with edible glitter liqueur—so fun and totally Instagram-worthy!
Let’s talk food—everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and generous. I had the Cantina rice bowl loaded with steak, shrimp, and chicken (absolutely delicious). My friends had tacos, quesadillas (HUGE!), and the salmon—all got rave reviews, and we had plenty of leftovers to take back to camp. Oh, and the chunky guacamole was to die for—plus, our chips were constantly refilled without even having to ask.
This place absolutely deserves more attention. Whether you’re camping nearby, road-tripping, or a local—GO HERE. It’s festive, affordable, and packed with flavor and fun.

This is our new favorite Mexican restaurant. My kids love the quesadillas, and I love the Southwest rollitos. They have perfect thin crispy chips and the best cheese dip.

Pretty standard Mexican food. Certainly not bad, but not great either. Pretty much what you expect from about any Mexican restaurant you visit. The food tastes about the same here as a dozen other restaurants. Service was about the same. Someone seats you, someone else (who doesn’t speak) brings the chips and salsa, a waiter takes your order, food arrives, waiter brings ticket.
I will say they have the most intense table side birthday celebration I have ever seen. As in over the top loud with music, singing, and flashing lights. It didn’t bother me, it actually was pretty entertaining, but it may be too much for some, even if it isn’t at your table. They dim the restaurant lights and then the show begins. I have a special needs granddaughter and if she had been there she would have come unglued and would have been a terrified and sobbing mess. For that reason I would never go there with her or recommend the place to anyone else.

Took my daughter here for lunch and instantly, it became her new favorite Mexican restaurant. Our food arrived quickly, however, it wasn’t exactly how we had ordered it. It was the first day on the job for our waiter and his English was great, but he still had an issue understanding everything, which was still okay. Great atmosphere. Nice tables and benches, although it was a bit tight getting in and out of. Food was delicious too!

A lot of choices here. The menu was a book. Can’t believe this used to be the old Pizza Hut. From what I tasted everything was good but pricey. I think the cheapest thing was around 13 dollars. The meat was cooked well and seasoned. Server was at tentative and kept giving us chips and salsa. She did disappear for a while when it got busy but it was still a good experience. The only critique was the bathroom. The urinal is right next to the door which creates a tiny space to use.

Not worth the money, ordered food to go and was very disappointed, got the 3 orders of the 3 taco meal and all you get is 3 Taco with only meat and tortillas, tamale are very tiny and taste like they came out of a can, chili reano was the only thing that came with beans and rice. No chips and salsa. When I called to talk to someone about it the girl I spoke with tells me that’s the way it comes and hung up, so I will never be going back.
