The food, for me, is a touch hit or miss, as I’ve had some items that are notably above average for similar American Italian in the surrounding area, while other dishes have only been ok. But I have never had anything bad in my times there, and the prices feel fair for the area and what you are getting. The staff is also always nice and thoroughly accommodating, which is always a big plus.
They also do private parties and catering.
Ashley whom I think is the banquet event coordinator did a phenomenal job. I also left decorations the night before in her office, and she placed them where I envisioned it to be.
Rachel who was our server that day, she did a fantastic job in keeping up with all the guests. Also Ashley was always there to support her throughout the entire service.
Also, the food was delicious. Everyone talked about how good they were even as leftovers the following day. This might be our place now for all our future events.
Thank you for the wonderful service.
If you can get a seat by the fireplace during the Holidays, that is truly the best seat in the house, very cozy…. but the other side (sports bar side) is also great for game night. The pizza and calzones are excellent, and the featured dinners are also good ~ large portions, consistent, no-frills Italian food… I say “no frills” because It’s not fancy or fine dining or anything (similar Olive Garden or the old Italian Oven) but it’s always consistent, tasty, served hot and very filling!! The salads are also quite large and well dressed. I recommend the antipasti salad (ham, salami, egg, provolone cheese, pepperoncini, olives, etc…) and folks seem to really like their wedding soup. Several appetizers to choose from and even the picky-kid in your family should be happy here.
(yes, they have a child’s menu)
I highly recommend this place for family dinner night or larger parties. The service is typically very good, cant remember ever having a bad or grumpy server here. Be advised, this restaurant is VERY POPULAR, especially with area seniors, so there will often be a 20+ minute wait at dinner-rush (5-7p) on the weekends… but they tend to cycle tables quickly and its a large restaurant (30+ tables) I would say the real “gem” here is the pizzas and calzones!! Good thin crispy crust, tangy sauce, well cheesed, plentiful toppings. Try it, you’ll like it.
The server was terrific. The service was pretty good for how busy it was. Food was hot and served in a reasonable amount of time.
The dining room was fairly warm, most of the customers had that complaint. Otherwise, it is a solid choice for homestyle Italian
