I absolutely love the service at this cafe! You feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The receptionist greeted us warmly and found us a table quickly, even during rush hour. The waiter was very knowledgeable, knowledgeable about the menu, and able to recommend dishes to suit every taste. Our order was taken quickly, and the service was prompt, always checking in to make sure everything was ok.

Had the best time. Wildredo was our server and he was so nice. The tacos were incredible. The warm chips and salsa tasted even better with my margaritas. Plus the flan for dessert just hit the spot.

Food is delicious, I’ve been to two locations and it seems consistent.
Had the Baha Shrimp tacos. The size were larger than street tacos, there was a decent amount of shrimp and other ingredients which meshed very well. Moist enough and tasty. Had a side of guacamole which was fresh and well made.
My friend ordered the Taco salad . It was a good size, and yummy. She had this our last visit, and was excited to have it again.
Both locations had ample seating and typical Mexican decor. The service was good, but it was not at all busy.
Will return again!

So I’ve been going to Monte Albans ever since they first opened in Rochester . I’ve been to east ridge , Webster and Penfield and they were all very good Mexican. This is my first time at the Titus Ave location. I have to tell you it feels like they aren’t even the same company. From the margaritas tasting horrible, way too many limes. To the Chiles poblanos being so uncooked it had the texture of a raw green pepper. To my wife’s quesadilla that was just watery as heck. No I would not recommend this location to anyone. And that’s a shame because it’s actually very pretty on the outside and inside, just nothing else is good.
