First time here and we sat outside. Our server was pleasant and attentive. Our food was just ok though. The flavors didn’t pop out at us. We took our leftovers home and tried to finish it next day but the meat from both of our dishes didn’t taste good at all so we couldn’t finish it.

The service was amazing! My server was very kind and attentive. The presentation of the food, especially the hot chocolate, was both cute and fancy at the same time. The outside seats were busy so I chose to sit inside and the atmosphere was very calm.

Pretty good neighborhood diner. I often order coffee to go and it is a less expensive option than the overpriced coffee places on the block. They also do a good job with to go orders – food is fresh and hot. Lunch can be acquired in mere minutes. Nice outdoor seating area if weather is good. Friendly owner is typically behind the counter. The credit card upcharge is a bummer but I get they operate on thin margins so do what they have to do (I always try to bring cash for my coffee). The food isn’t high end or the best diner food you’ll ever eat but works as a standard diner option. Not usually too crowded so decent spot for a breakfast or lunch meeting, too.

Everything here is delicious and the staff is always so polite and attentive. No matter how busy they are they answer the phone quickly and have your order done within 15 min. Reliable, quick, delicious and a ton of options on their menu that I have yet to try something bad. Highly recommend!!!

I stopped in for lunch with a friend. The restaurant appeared to be clean. The service was prompt. We ordered Fried Flounder sandwich and Quesadilla. The Quesadilla was piping hot and quite large. The Flounder was fresh and crispy as was the lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Both were tasty.

We enjoyed a delightful holiday reunion celebration dinner at the Montclair House Grill in Montclair this week. A group of six indulge in lentil soup, the Greek salad, the chicken quesdilla, a tuna sandwich, a cheese burger and a chicken panini along with a slice of carrots cake for dessert. The grilled chicken Greek salad was perfect – lots of feta cheese and chicken served with a full pita. My friends were very happy with their orders – tasty and large portions. Highly recommend !!!

Lovely local diner with great food and service. Our waitress Briana was very friendly and helpful. The chicken sandwich and portabello mushroom panini was tastyand freshly made. Nutella heaven hazelnut cake was light and fluffy. We ended the meal with cappuccino which was perfect. They offer 10% student discount which is great for students. Must visit.
