Very nice place with a lot of different items. Prices are reasonable. Our waitress was really busy and she still made sure we were taken care of. Bathroom was only one stall but it was clean. The high chairs were also clean. (Very important) my only complaint was I got the steak on sour dough and my steak was chewy. This can be easily fixed with proper training on cooking steak. Would recommend and try again while in the area.

So good! Stopped on the way home from a day of hiking on some nearby trails and man this place was a welcome surprise for us. I guess if you’re from the area it’s not a surprise Montana’s is bomb since the friendly staff seemed to know everyone in the place. I got a burger and it was delicious, really appreciated the details here. You know how sometimes you get a burger and after a couple bites you’ve got burger juice running down your wrist and everything inside the bun is all sliding around so you have to keep, like, biting the part sticking out of the bun and at the end your plate’s swimming in burger drip and you’ve got half a wadded bun still in your hand? Not here guy, everything in that burger stayed right where it needed too while still being super juicy and delicious. I don’t know if they’re baking their own buns or what but someone at some point made a choice to address burger slippage at Montana’s and they made the right call.
Wife got a meatloaf melt and we never even thought that was a thing but she was glad someone did cause it was very tasty as well. Typically she is on Team Gravy when it comes to meatloaf and hates tomatoes, but not this day. This gravy-less, tomato slapped meatloaf sandwich is without a doubt going to be the reason she makes me drive a couple hours back up there for a return trip.

We went here with our in-laws. Not a particularly captivating place, but it has a certain charm since the restaurant walls are covered in cute, quirky quotes. The food wasn’t special but wasn’t terrible either. I had a grilled cheese sandwich & my family had burgers & a salad. I wouldn’t feel compelled to return but since it’s one of the few places to eat in town, I’m sure we’ll be back when we visit Oil City again.

Food is always great. Price is same as most. Every one that’s works there are most friendly. Stop in once every week and I can’t complain about a thing.

This is the best diner that we found in the area. It is very cute. You can tell that it is family owned and operated. It has a definite home atmosphere. The food was really delicious. The service was excellent. There’s a lot of seating to accommodate lots of people. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.
