We had to try the date shake and got the traditional based on the seller’s recommendation. It’s made with vanilla ice cream, dates and caramel. We split the Monster size and it was delicious! If you are not from Palm Springs area I highly recommend trying this at least once.

The location was nice and clean. The employee hustled on the complex orders. It still took a fair amount of time to get the elaborate ice creams. They were a work of art. I found the ice creams with the mix in were a little on the sweet side. The portions were on the large side.

I love that they stock so many vegan options—I’ve never seen so much dairy-free soft serve! I got the date shake and it was delightfully creamy and studded with dates, of course. Size and price were reasonable too. Would be great to promote them more on the online order form; I had to call and ask to find out.
Why not four stars, you ask? The interior of the store and bathroom were not very clean. The sign out front is beige-on-beige: hard to read! The side door was locked in the middle of the day with no sign.

very rude guy. No one hardly goes to monster shakes maybe because it’s overpriced for what they serve but most importantly it’s how they treat their guests. I was there at 7:30 and was told I couldn’t sit inside because he was debating on closing the store.
I asked to speak to the manager/owner and guess what… they were the owner. Guy must hate his life so much. Don’t have a business if you hate giving customer service. Ridiculous individual

Came by for some protein smoothies after the gym since my usual place is getting really expensive lol, my goodness we’re these smoothies delicious! Anthony was our smoothie maker today and he did an awesome job! Definitely recommend It’s a really nice and spacious place with many different options from soft serve to ultra premium ice cream!

Spent $66 on shakes/icecream tonight. Came in at 8:05, GOOGLE says they close at 9. Ordered our food, sat down to eat for all of 10 minutes. Worker announces it’s 8:30 and what we thought meant we couldn’t order any additional items, which was fine. Another 60 seconds goes bye and the worker rudely announces the same vague announcement, and we stated we were fine. He rudely says “Yeah, it’s 8:30 and we’re closed, you need to leave.” Then starts complaining about us to the other customers that were there, then eventually kicked them out, too.
Have fun going out of business. Word spreads fast and your rude demeanor will ensure you close your doors one day for good (then you CAN go home early)! Never again.

Went in with my husband for a treat after dinner. My husband asked to sample a flavor and was told he couldn’t give a sample because he was out of small spoons. When asked to use a larger spoon we were told he couldn’t just use large spoons . He hot a hot rude and said it would cost twenty-five cents. So his spoon cost him a $15 sale plus a tip. Won’t be back.
